“CT Auto has all the qualities you'd hope for in a mechanic. They are quick, understanding, fair-priced, and never try to upsell you. They are also incredibly down-to-earth and kind—when I dropped off my car the day after a snowstorm and told them that I would be walking home, they insisted that they would drive me home first. Can't recommend them enough.”

“What an amazing experience it was dealing with the C&J crew. I booked my vehicle in for an electrical issue the week of the 12th of Jan 2025. Arriving at C&J I was met with very friendly and helpful staff making the experience pleasurable, helpful and engaging. During the repair I was phoned regularly to ensure the issue was fully understood. After the repair I was contacted again to explain what the issue was and what had been done to fix it. I was also supplied with a comprehensive report showing maintenance issues outstanding and that need attention soon, even though my vehicle wasn't even there for that. What an amazing value adds!! Payment options included paying with a link they sent me. I couldn't pick the vehicle up during business hours, so I was sent a message with a box number and combination. This enabled me to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning at my own leisure. I will be back C&J and wish everyone reading this also visits you. God bless.”

“Was looking online for a reliable, honest mechanic I could trust, since mechanic that once serviced my vehicles for 10+ years was no longer in service. Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. Will be taking my vehicle to them going forward. If looking for a trustworthy and friendly shop this is the one. Highly recommend ?”

“I took my truck to Caliber Collision to have my door repaired. Due to some insurance issues, the repair process was on hold for a while, but throughout the entire process, Angelo kept me informed with daily updates and excellent communication. Once the insurance issue was resolved, the repairs were completed, and I was able to get my truck back. Angelo and the entire crew did a wonderful job. I would also like to recognize the lady at the front desk, who was always helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair, the professionalism of the staff, and the outstanding customer service I received. Thank you, Angelo and the entire Caliber Collision team! Highly recommended”

“I had a slow leak in my tire and stopped in to make an appointment. They were able to take it in right away, no appointment needed. They found a nail in my tire, removed it and plugged it. They did not try to sell me a new tire unnecessarily or try to up-sell any other services. Super quick service and very friendly front desk associate. We will definitely use them again!”

“Julie T made my used car shopping experience absolutely amazing. Not once did I feel pressured. She was knowledgeable and fun. This is absolutely the way to go about selling a car. Ron, who took our photo, was also amazing to talk to. Just seems truly happy to be there. From Don who pulled the car up to be test drove to Dave in finance to finalize the deal. We were there after closing. Everyone stayed. No one complained or made us feel rushed. Smiles and laughter making this purchase a truly amazing experience. Subaru in Cherry Hill just made a me a customer for life. Thank you.”

“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”

“I just had my company's work van, a Ford Transit Connect, serviced there. The owner, Kevin is the nicest guy and the work high quality. I can't imagine a complaint anybody would ever have about this place. Remember in Mr Rogers where everybody who provides a service is part of the community? But in real life that's not how things work - he does.”
