They spent plenty of time helping me compare stones and setting styles and the follow-up was fantastic. My now-fiancée then worked with Sam to build a made-to-order June ring that's absolutely stunning. It's even more beautiful than I expected and the stone that ECJ picked is gorgeous. My ring is so unique but classic at the same time. Even though our order was relatively small by custom jewelry standards, they treated us wonderfully and never tried to push us toward spending more than we planned. “Was in the market for a new timepiece, specifically black and silver with a black alligator leather band plus a chronograph. Walked into Jay Roberts and started talking to Jerry who is a great guy. He showed me what they currently had in the store and then gave me a few books to take home and look over, plus to look at the website so they could order a watch for me. Spoke to him a day later and said I had 2 in mind, and he said he could get them next week. I did call back a day later and told him to order me only 1 which was no issue since he hadn't placed the order for both yet. We did speak to the price before placing the order and I was very happy at the discount I received, and completely satisfied! The watch came in much quicker than I was told, which was another plus. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I met some very nice people during my visits. A big shout out to Jerry for the outstanding service!I'll be back during the holidays.”
