“Overall great experience when I came here to shop yesterday. First off, the t-shirt selection is awesome and the buy 1 get 2 free is a great deal. The material that each t shirt is made out of is very nice and feels comfortable.
The cashier was very kind, professional and bagged my items very quickly. She also sold me on singing up for rewards. I will be coming back to this location or other locations multiple times in the future. Great job!”
“We had to buy a linen suit for a wedding and Joe was amazing helping us out! Found the size after we couldn't and helped my husband with measurements to make sure it all fit. Very good customer service! This was also the only place we could find that had this type of suit”

“Stopped by the store today to upgrade some of my work attire. I CAN NOT express enough on how helpful Edward, Bridget, and Sam were. It was almost like have three personal stylists. They had great recommendations and were honest with their opinion which made me truly trust them. Best part was when I got home my wife agreed with all their choices!!! “Although the Macy’s at Rockaway is smaller compared to other malls, the store has a great product line, and the staff here makes the experience wonderful. I was dress shopping and was not sure where the dresses were located. I asked a staff member, Antoinette, and she stopped what she was doing and walked me over to the section. While trying on dresses, staff members would go into the fitting room to see if anyone needed help or a different size. A staff member, Bethann, was so kind and helpful, asking me how it went, having me show her the dress I liked most, and checking pricing for me. She even pulled in a manager, James, who was also kind and helpful, because there was some confusion about pricing. The store didn’t have my size, and Bethann helped me get the dress that I liked the most and have it sent to my home in time for a wedding I am attending. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff there.”

“I was in need for new OC sneakers that were comfortable and well built since I am always on my feet, although I have stopped at a few different retail stores, foot locker is where I found what I needed specially with the help of Ashley and Noah that were extremely hospitable, genuine and knowledgeable. They continued to make recommendations for sneaker models that catered better to flat footed people untill we found the right one that fit my needs. Ended up purchasing 2 sneakers and after over a week of wearing them I would say the right choices were made. Noah and Ashley are both assets to foot locker Rockaway.”
