“10/10 !!! I called before I came to get Screws and nuts for a project. I was Greeted by a gentleman who was more than happy to answer my questions regarding ours and inventory. Later that evening I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant lady behind the desk who helped me find what I needed. After leaving I found that I got the wrong screws and nuts. I called and asked about to return policy, where I was helped by a second gentleman who spoke to me with passion telling me to just bring them in and don't worry the right size will be found. Overall : Customer Service is everything. Thank you guy's, I will be back.”

That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. Amazing people build amazing places.”

“Shopped around for Weber 335 grill. Ace Town Hardware assembled free, delivered free and was the same price as competitors that charge for one or both. Delivery guys great and delivery manager did everything possible to make it easy on my tight schedule. I have been back twice to buy other items even though they are not the closest hardware store just to show appreciation for a job well done. They have everything -and store has a throwback vibe from a different era when customer service mattered.”

“Been there many times before since it is located down the street from my house. Took my lawn mower there since it wasn't working for some reason, and upon explanation, the store worker determined it was my carburetor. Also offered to sharpen my lawn mower blade since I had never done it before. Within a week, I received my lawn mower again and it has been working as intended. Paid a reasonable price for the service. I have also gotten other items and supplies for projects around my house and the workers there are helpful if I'm looking for something specific.”
