“I came to this store in search of a veil for my daughter to wear with her communion dress. I showed the owner a picture of the dress and she knew exactly what dress it was and brought it over for me to hold up next to the veils I was looking at. The owner knows a lot about her inventory and the designers that create the beautiful dresses in her boutique. She explained to me that the designer slightly changed the color of the dress over the years. She recommended I come back with the dress I had so that I could match the veil perfectly. She also gave recommendations on veils she thought would go well with the dress when I came back to the store. This was very helpful as I am not always great at making a decision. It was a pleasure talking with her and seeing the passion she shares for the inventory she sells in her store. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a dress or suit for your child's special event!”

“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”
“This is probably the best TJ Maxx I have been too. Usually avoid them because they are a mess and crowded. This one is well put together. Like all stores of this type, the selection is hit or miss. One star off for the cashier who seemed like she had no idea what to say to a customer checking out. Not even a simple hi, thanks, goodbye.”
“I experienced one of the best customer services on 9/7 and 9/8/2023. Staff and the managers went above and beyond to deliver a product that was sold out at this location. I was able to come back on the next day to pick up the product. I appreciate the efforts that every single employee who helped me getting the merchandise. “As always, this location is peaceful, warm and welcoming!Asked one the associates if they had a black Jean jacket similar to one I was wearing that I bought from there two years ago. They found a great color match but I wasn't feeling the wide arm style. I also found some actual 'high waisted' jeans! Super giddy in the dressing room when I tried them on. One for $18 and another pair for $44 (which were suspiciously prompt up next to the jeans on sale with no big price sign). Their clothing can be super pricey and rack up that total if one isnt paying attention, overall they always have great clothes.”

“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”
“Big fan of Faherty’s Legend Sweater Shirt for an athletic build so I stopped in at this store at 1600 Walnut St. in Philly to try more on. I was delighted to be immediately welcomed by Kira, who offered me a beverage and gave clever insight on colors and sizes while I was there. She also successfully recommended the Jackson Crew Neck Sweater which I loved and is also now a part of my wardrobe thanks to her. I had a return/re-size issue I wanted to work out in-store, so Kira and Oran helped me out with that as well. Love the brand, and this physical location. Look for these two in-store at 1600 Walnut and they’ll take great care of you.”

“This Forman mills is probably best overall and it's a huge store and great products and as far as pricing they are my personal fave l9w prices for quality clothing and alot of other products! Employees are also great, & they also accept apple & g9ogle pay broad st locations doesn't accept apple or Google pay!”

“nice selection of stores. i went this past weekend where i visited the cosmetic company store which offered tom ford products at an amazing price. also, it's a bonus having little vendors outside. for example, there was a cinnamon glazed nut stand where i bought some pecans which were yummy. was pretty busy, and overall the whole area is pretty well kept / clean”
“I went early in the afternoon during the week, so it wasn't super crowded. I was able to try on a few things, and the attendant in there made sure things were clean and ran smoothly. Once at the register, the wait wasn't very long as there were 2 cashiers. They both seemed friendly and worked as quickly as they could to help get us out in a timely manner. If in the area, i would shop at that store again.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful.They know all of the uniform requirements for your school .Also,if you forget your child's size from last time,they have a record of all items and sizes that your child has previously gotten at their store. No worries if you just stop by without your student to pick things up.They have your sizes covered and they also have all the pieces to the uniform in stock and ready to go! Shopping for school here is easy and pleasant.”
