“The best camera store in all of New York！You can find many vintage cameras here. I bought a well-preserved Handycam here, and the lady working there patiently taught me how to use it. When it comes to buying old cameras, offline stores are always more reliable than online shopping. The staff and the store manager are all very nice. I highly recommend everyone to visit this store.”

“I have been to at least six concerts at this venue. The location is great. Awesome sound, no matter where you are sitting. The place is gorgeous and very well kept. The staff is courteous and respectful. The only thing I would suggest would be multiple concert merch areas....it get very crowded on the first floor. I can't wait to see my next show here!!!!”

“Had an amazing experience at this location. Russel worked with us in not only finding what we wanted but helping set up delivery and warranty. He had to deal with my parents whom had quite conflicting ideas on what to buy and was super patient in my parent’s indecisiveness. It was generally super amazing how patient and calm he was even after printing the receipt and my parents had a change of mind on the warranty. He was able to rectify the problem and just was generally someone with super great spirits. He is very likable and easy to talk to and never made me feel bad for asking a lot of questions or my parents being really indecisive. If anyone is to go there I would definitely recommend asking for Russel.”

He is so friendly, kind and most importantly knows his stuff. Hani listened to us and our needs and took us around the store to show us what the options are. He even took the extra step to set with us and talk to us about payment options so that we can still get the best deal and best quality without feeling the pressure to spend a lot of money all at once. “Well if this isn't a photographers paradise I don't know what is! When I was taking photography classes, I had heard about B&H and all the great they have here. I even ordered some products online. Years back, I was finally able to visit the store in person when I was in Manhattan. I still use that camera bag that I bought back then today. B&H is huge. I could get lost for days walking around checking out and trying new stuff. Floors and floors worth of equipment make this the place to check out if you are into camera equipment. Very helpful customer service too.”

The packaging was done very nicely and the GPU I got looks like is in mint condition, nothing beat up. I installed and powered up and everything seems to be working as it should. I like the fact that this store put a pamphlet expressing their thank you for my business and I really appreciate that. Also their interested in me writing my personal review. “I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”
