“I purchased a Blomberg fridge from Eatontown several years ago. No issues with the fridge until this past week, when we found a LOT of water under a drawer in the fridge. We thought the defrosting drain was clogged. We were given a date a couple of days out - which I requested. I was told I'd get a call the day before telling me what number I was in the queue for the next day. And on the day of, I would get a call a half hour before my visit.
All went according to plan. Carlos came and took the fridge apart to check the issue. It turned out we had installed a bad water filter, and it was leaking! Which is something the water filter reviews said might happen -- but why would I think we'd experience that!?
The fridge was installed/put together by our kitchen design/installation team a couple of years ago. We didn't touch it after they did the install.
In any case, we talked with Carlos about some issues we were having with the door not closing properly and food defrosting, which we thought was a design flaw.
When Carlos put everything back together, he showed us how to move the inside shelves and door shelves around, and which shelf should be where. He showed us how magnets actually keep the door closed. He told us the fridge temperature was set too low.
Bottom line - he taught us about our fridge. And once he showed us the proper placement of the shelves, the issue of the door not closing/food defrosting went away.
The bad water filter was something I probably could have figured out on my own -- but having Carlos come and teach us about our fridge was well worth the time and money spent on his visit.
Very happy with our experiences with Eatontown, and we will definitely purchase other appliances from them in the future.

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“So I went to GameStop to get an Xbox but it didn't end up turning on so l came back and I saw a guy name Brandon and he explained to me everything about the policy's really well to ensure the customer will get a full refund, and every other GameStop I called said there are no other Xbox series S or X in stock in New Jersey not my man's Brandon though he told us every other was lying to but his store he told us he got it ready for us and we walked in expecting only to spend 500 we ending spending 700 he is that much of good sales men.
Moral of the story Brandon is the best employee and you should only go when Brandon is there, call in advance to see if he is there find his work schedule cause ain't no one works as hard as my man's Brandon.

“Pleasant new store, very clean and has a wide variety of prepared food items and sandwiches with very reasonable prices.Being a new store, a couple of glitches which can hopefully be worked out:-Two recent stops here saw the Slurpee machine inoperable...either out of order or the contents came out totally liquid...no ice at all.-Purchased the glazed meatballs after 3pm one afternoon...and noticed the package said, "Remove after 12:47pm".I like this store, and am not panning it. These could just be part of the glitches of opening a new store. I hope they do well!”
