She was able to borrow a neighbor's phone and called her "plan" to ask what happened?.....The answer was ....."This plan will cease immediately for ALL" Judy frantically explained her medical frailty.....the reply...'We do not care! Goodbye!'....well just so you know.....Hospitals call her, Doctors call her.....I am telling you all this to explain 'OSL Tim's' depth of character and his commitment to excellence!Judy wanted to see if Neptune Walmart could turn her phone back on...... So with Walker in hand as a guide and two of her Senior BFFs She came on Tuesday afternoon ....and met #OSL TIM! What a fine example of a GREAT TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST! Tim practiced a. Active Listening, b. Effective Communication, c. Adaptibility, and d. an abundance of product knowledge on both plans and phones geared exclusively to an age group.Best Outcome Scenario....Judy found a phone...loves it...price was doable. All data was ported to new phone. Yes. Thank you #OSL TIM whose expertise performed was above and beyond. Please reward. #OSL TIM is the BEST.”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

We managed to find a few great deals plus some core items during our visit.The one manager, Alexis, (?) was hustling from register to register, stepping in to help the cashiers and answering radio calls, multi-tasking her duties. Great store.”

“This Walmart is out of the way for me, but I was in the area and decided to stop in. My primary reason to visit Walmart is the toy section as I am an action figure collector. I am very used to going to the toy section in my local Walmart in Linden, NJ and finding *nothing*. They do restock now and then, but unless you are there when the items come in you're generally out of luck. Not so (apparently) at *this* Walmart. I went in looking for very specific toys and BOOM, as soon as I got to the toy aisle they had exactly what I was looking for. Now, given the sheer amount of stock I'm guessing they just put the items out on this day, but it was great to see stuff *on shelf* instead of just tons of empty space. The rest of the store is like all modern day Walmarts magnified (it *is* a Supercenter after all). The aisles are wider, there is more shelf space for everything and the lights are somehow brighter. Check out was quick and I had barely any wait. I had a good experience here and if I'm in the area again I would definitely stop by.”

“This Walmart is massive. It could be just me, but I felt like this store was set up differently from many of the other Walmarts I've been to. The aisle is very spacious. Two individuals can wall pass each other and not even touch. They were also very organized for being a superstore. In addition, they also had so many items that I have never seen at my Walmart. I will have to visit again when I have more time to walk the entire store. Bonus all the staff were so nice and helpful”

“I was in the store Feb 6, 2024 and I had to write this review. The 2 workers were absolutely amazing, super friendly and incredibly helpful. I will most definitely be back in the store to shop. I felt bad getting there at 5:15 when you close at 6pm, however at no point did your employees make me feel rushed or unwelcomed. Thank you !!”
