The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . Not only is the customer service top notch, he has your vehicle detailed before returning it to you. I was the priority in this shop. I felt no worries. “Quality work, reasonable prices, terrible communication. Make sure you're clear with them before picking up your car that it is 100% ready to go. First time I showed up, AFTER they called to let me know that my car was ready, I was told that in fact they'd forgotten a service and, "Didn't think I'd get here that quickly." :/ Had to leave my car there and received no offer to compensate me for their mistake, nor did I get a response from Mike when I emailed him to let him know. I then had to follow-up to confirm my car was ready the next business day, which they confirmed, and when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 mins for them to power wash my car from the bird crap and residue it collected in their lot that weekend. Didn't dry my car so got to drive it back soaking wet. Once again, no apology for the wait or miscommunication.”

They evaluated my car and were upfront and honest about the worst-case and best-case scenarios and needed to open the door frame. I left the car with them for an hour while I went to a nearby coffee shop. They called me and informed me that they had fixed it and had the necessary parts. They offered me a great price.
