“Gro Mart is a nice little convenience store located just off the downtown area of Secaucus. Over the years I have been in here infrequently, but I have always been satisfied with my visits here. I have found the counter people always smiling and friendly. My most recent visit was just for a drink while waiting for a bus that was more 15 minutes away. Ahead of me was a woman that needed to do her purchase in two parts, one item in cash for someone else, and the rest on her credit card. In the past in other places, I have been witness to similar situations where multiple transactions needed to be made on the same counter visit and watched the situation literally blow up. That wasn't the case here. Everything was handled, after the situation was explained to the counter person, with detail oriented efficiency and courtesy in a most pleasant manner. That's what scores points in customers' books. It also transpired in a manner quick enough for me to have a timely walk back to my bus.”

“This place has been around for ages, and was the go-to spot in town for those who loved magazines. Every possible topic or interest was represented, no matter how hard to find. The store still has print media, but not as much, as magazines have dwindled with the internet. However, the store is still family-run, sells a host of beer, wine, and spirits, and still operates as a convenience store. For the sake of nostalgia, give it a visit.”

“My doctor recommended I get my prescription from here and I actually found out why I found a parking spot almost at the door and was in and out in minutes. They (the doctor) electronically sent my prescription and they immediately filled it, it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up not like another local pharmacy I used in the past. All I did was say picking up at the counter and they said "birthday please" and just handed me my prescription. My insurance must have been attached to the doctors prescription because they didn't charge me anything. I was kinda confused and thought I needed to pay something, but they said have a healthy day and I was out the door. I guess that's why the place is so busy”

“*Review for CVS in Secaucus, NJ**

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I always receive from Cathy, one of the store clerks at CVS. From the moment I walk in, Cathy greets me and every other customer with a warm smile. Her positive attitude is infectious, and it truly makes a difference in my shopping experience.

No matter what I’m looking for, Cathy goes above and beyond to help me find it. Her knowledge of the store and its products is impressive, and she seems genuinely happy to assist everyone. It's clear that CVS has employed a gem in Cathy, and it's because of her outstanding service that I continue to visit this location.

Thank you, Cathy, for always brightening my day! Keep up the fantastic work!”
