I have been taking my dog to the PetSmart in Secaucus! He has spent a lot of time there between vet visits, grooming and in the pet hotel for boarding and camp. I recently moved out of the state and returned to travel from New Jersey and I booked a weekday with a pet hotel because it’s where I feel most comfortable leaving him. Bianca, the lead hotel manager is amazing and I trust her completely with my dog. Her staff is great and accommodating and very friendly. My dog had a great time!

I use to bring my husky here all the time i recently got a poodle puppy and am so disappointed in the cut he received. I gave a reference photo and to be frank it looks nothing like the pictures i showed. My pup looks scary. Time to hire more experienced people. Not to mention he was there for 4 hours. God know how long he was left in a cage.

If I can't give no stars and get legal action I would, my dogs were left in a cage for hours.. I have a tiny 3.9 pound yorkie that was dropped off at 4pm didn't get home until 9pm .. I then had my Cavapoo shaved completely. Staff made an excuse my dog had matting which wasn't the case a Cavapoo is a poodle mixed, clearly she had no experience with the care of my dog coat .. He was shaved without my permission. No phone call updates to confirm or anything it's been a few weeks and I'm still in complete anger the person who did this to my dog was" Keishla" she's rude and had no care about her actions. A manager got back to me about a discount!! How professional" I've been going for 8 years now . Never had to make a review but this was completely unacceptable..

Not 5 stars because they open at 9am but not on Sundays, which they open at 10am. What are they gaining by opening one hour later.

Horrible ?. Her name is ANAMARIE, gave us a nasty attitude and didn’t want to help. Kept on asking dumb questions and was mad. She kept on saying if we knew how to take care of parakeets when I already have and if I want more it’s because I have experience with them.

Took my two poodles for a wash and cut, it was the worse experience ever. They had my dogs for 3 hours and only cut one of them waited till the last minute to tell me they can’t cut my other dogs hair and gave her back to me wet didn’t even dry her up. An they said they took them a shower but yet they both smell. Please don’t take your dogs here

The hospital front desk is rude as hell and not helpful. Came for training and the trainer wasn’t there and wasted my money on an Uber. Never again

Had a very bad experience for our training class. We signed up for the beginner dog training class. It was 6 total sessions. One each week for one hour.
The trainer spent the whole time reading out of a book. She also didn’t allow any off leash supervised playtime. There was nearly no actual training done in class. She had us practice loose leash walking in the aisle and never even came by to check the dogs were doing things correct. On the second week our trainer was 15 mins late and still ended class 15 minutes early. We essentially paid full price for a 30 minute class
To the stores credit the manager did refund us the price of the class. That is why I put 3 stars. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for training. If you do use this store for training try to avoid the trainer “Dez”
