Please do not order anything from Uber eats or DoorDash with Petsmart. Not once, but twice the order was wrong. The first time, the food came expired and the wrong pet food mat was chosen by the shopper. I noticed the food was expired right away, and that was resolved through DoorDash. However, for the pet food mat, I chose a pattern that matched my cat’s food bowls, but a completely different mat was chosen (color and pattern). I called petsmart to see what can be done. They basically said, “You would have to come to the store to return it.” I told them I couldn’t, and they said,” Well, you have a mat, so there’s no real solution to getting you your money back”. I ended up throwing it away and bought something from Amazon that matched my decor perfectly. The second time, I placed a same day delivery with Uber eats for my cat’s food. On about day 4 after placing the order, I opened the container and noticed MOLD. Turns out it was 8 months past the expiration date!! I immediately threw it away and checked all the other containers. ALL EXPIRED. I don’t even know if what I fed my cat days 1-3 were ok. I contemplated taking my cat to the hospital, but thankfully she never showed signs of illness. I contacted Uber eats. No returns on anything past 48 hours. I contacted Petsmart customer service through the website. They cannot look up the order number since it was not directly through them. I finally call Petsmart Secaucus. They under no circumstances cannot do a return unless you go into the store. I live about 25 minutes away, do not have a car, and would be spending money on an Uber to get to the store to get my money back. I explained this, but there was NO solution. Long story short, do not order from this Petsmart or use DoorDash or Uber eats. Not only does the food constantly come expired, but the convenience of same day delivery is not there if you have to constantly call because the order is wrong. Now due to the wrong food mat and expired food that I can’t seem to get a refund on since I can’t get to the store (and since Uber has dropped all responsibility), I am out $50.

This is the second time that I'm having an issue with Petsmart. I always have an extremely long weight time when it comes to picking up my pet. Last time I brought her here for grooming it took about 6 hours before I was able to pick her up.I called two different times today, both after the 4 hour window that she was given, and no one picked up the phone both times. I called the general petsmart line for secaucus and the lady who picked up the phone was very rude and transferred me back to the grooming salon in the middle of my sentence inquiring about my pet. It's now been 5 hours since I've gotten an update or anything on my pet and her grooming style wasn't a difficult style chosen...

The experience i had my first time here was very unfortunate. I have taken my dog to many PetSmart hotels and have never had an issue but the moment i pointed out he is a little anxious when he gets to new places AND mentioned it in the paper work not even 10 mins after dropping him off they were calling me to pick him up.. didn’t even try to give him a treat or calm him down and as I walked in three employees were talking about another dog and the manager proceeded to say “just call the owner to pick them up” as if it’s the only option when dealing with any other type of dog except happy. I wouldn’t recommend this place if your dog may be anxious or a little scared when going to new places or even if your dog may act up because I’m certain they will call you to pick them up.. very unfortunate

Stephanie groomed my cat. (Jazmine) first time I have ever been to this PetSmart and Stephanie was amazing!! We had a bad morning getting to PetSmart and Jazmine had a little accident in her carry bag. (She peed) and we were late for our appointment. But Stephanie was so understanding. Took Jazmine and the bag, cleaned the bag for me, took very good care of Ms.Jazmine. and even gave us two towels to go home with because the bag was still wet. I highly recommend this PetSmart if you have an animal you need to get groomed especially a cat. Stephanie gets 1000 stars from me And Jazmine. Thank you for everything today!! ??

Always a fun trip checking out all the goodies or finding all you need for your dog. Love checking out all the living pets and figuring out how get 1 or more. The friendly staff is always fast to help out and make good recommendations.

The staff are very helpful and super nice. I had ordered for pickup and was going to get there exactly at 9 pm when they are about to close. I called ahead, and when I got there, they were still waiting. Thank you for the service!

This is just for the fish section of this store because that's what I only care about. The fish section of this store is the worst of all the PetSmart stores I've visited. There are always some dead fish in the tank. The collection is poor. You can not find half of the fish that on the labels. The staff who works there always looks like that they don't want your business. So if you want to buy some fish, go to some place else.
