Great product but super high shipping. $40 shipping on a roll if gaff tape. Granted, it's great gaff tape, but I expected it to be in a gold-line box with platinum tape at that price.

After paying over $9000.00 they sent me an additional bill after I had received and installed the drapes, “because the shipping was more than we anticipated.” I’m sorry, that seems like a YOU problem not a me problem. Why do I have to pay for your miscalculation?
