“I went to Verizon with a major phone issue. All I wanted to do was get my phone fixed or replaced. Jake wss great with the whole process. He explained my several options and I ended up upgrading my phone & getting a 5th phone. All of this without paying more than I was already paying before I walked in! He transferred my old phone apps, information, etc to my new phone and had it all set up for me within 45 minutes (I had a ton of pictures/video to transfer). He made it very simple and painless!!!”

“I've been taking ukulele lessons with Mike for the past 18 months. I am a 60-something year old woman dealing with the residuals of 3 broken fingers on my left hand. It makes to hard to form certain chords. Mike is very patient and caring and is able to make suggestions to work around my challenges. He also runs the Rock University program. I'll bet he's great with those kids. I highly recommend Mike.”

They were fast, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. Al made sure everything was handled smoothly, and his leadership was evident in how well the team worked together. Richard was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step to us. “First and foremost, I love Target - I always have - their prices, their selection, their décor and their product placement. My favorite color is also red! (Oh, I love their dog mascot too!). My daughter found out online that she could get the sought after Nintendo "Switch" at this particular store. There were literally two left when we arrived and she scored the red and blue one that she wanted so badly (a leather case for it too)! I also got my son two pair of really nice jeans, for only $30 each. The employees were helpful (one w/ jean sizing) and it's just an overall pleasant place to be!”

“So much to share about thee most pleasant experience at T-Mobile….First, I got there 10 minutes before they opened to ensure that I’d be one of the first customers. That said, Lindsi was my point of contact and she was SUPER amazing! She was PLEASANT, said good morning, greeted me with a smile and the experience was amazing! I’m not tech savvy by any means long shot! She was patient and guided me through the process of getting things done! In addition, she engaged me with interesting conversation while we waiting for my phone to back up/transfer phone, etc! This young lady is very personable and intelligent! Keep her around! The best 2 hours ever spent somewhere that I dreaded initially (time wise) IT was well worth every minute! Also, shot out to the other workers as well! They were polite and pleasant!”
