“This is the second time Sam Tan has saved a computer of mine. I first was introduced to him 6 years ago when a data recovery company I used referred me to him. I had spilled an entire bottle of water on my MacBook Pro keyboard and Sam was able to completely restore it, replace the battery and return it to me for a very reasonable fee. It is still working despite it being a 2014 laptop. My husband uses it as his backup computer.
Recently, our newer MacBook’s screen malfunctioned. I first took it to a verified Apple repair location and they quoted me half the cost of a new laptop. Then I remembered Sam. He was able to replace my screen for significantly less than the other store and even got my laptop back to me in a few days’ time, despite a huge snowstorm that shut down the East Coast.
Would highly recommend Sam anytime! He is lovely and does a great job.”

“This was my first time using Rent-A-Center because I had relatives who were coming for the holidays and my ordered furniture wasn't going to arrive in time. I came to the Bloomfield Rent-A-Center and it exceeded my expectations. Not only are their prices reasonable but the service was exceptional. Courtney was courteous and accommodating. He saw to it that our furniture was delivered on time and when one piece of furniture was no longer needed he had no issues with refunding our money. The guys who brought the remaining furniture were just as nice and professional. They even removed and replaced a couple door handles from a door that interfered with getting the couch in. I certainly plan on using this place again for future rentals.”

“This morning, I went to log on to work and realized I could not find my charger to charge my dead laptop. I ran to PC Problems, there was no line, and they provided me with the correct charger (I had no idea what cord it was). They also tested it for me. I frantically left my house at 9:30 and I was able to log on to my 10 am meeting. They saved the day!!!”
