They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. “I went in to get a sweater for myself to make my mother happy for this upcoming thanksgiving. I ended up getting two really nice sweaters and a nice button down and my mother bought a two dressed and this nice sweater. I want to shout out Julia for this one. She and my mother had a blast picking stuff out. She and my mother basically became best friends and Julia was so sweet and kind and knew the answer to everything. Shout out to her honestly.”
“I went in with an idea of the heel I wanted and a photo of my wedding dresses and reception dress. However, I was still torn and confused about which heel would best fit each dress. Donna was amazing and helped me pick the perfect styles for both. She was a blessing and made the experience go from a stressful one to a memorable and enjoyable one. I didn't think buying wedding heels could feel so magical. She definitely made this a moment to remember and was just as into it as I was. She was patient with me and understood my vision and kept my budget in mind. I felt comfortable and felt at ease. I will definitely be going back to her for any future purchases!”
“Typical Ann Taylor with many items having a " discontinued" status but nevertheless are brand new. Pricing can be somewhat better than the normal retail store. Clean, organized with dressing room attendants. Well worth a look for the woman who likes the Ann Taylor style.”
“I am a devout follower and buyer of this brand and have been to different locations in different states. First time giving a review because I was truly impressed and taken aback by the customer service here earlier today - specifically by Sarah (not sure spelling but she’s a petite brunette). I phoned ahead to ask about the store and she took the time to answer my questions honestly and even asked what my name was so she could remember me when I came in. I showed up at the store an hour later and asked for Sarah- who immediately came to my assistance and started picking outfits for me straight away. She knew exactly what sizes I needed, was patience and respectful of my clothing preferences, and was just overall really sweet. Aritzia needs to give this girl a bonus because not only is she a subject matter expert on all things Aritzia, but she represented the brand extremely well and literally made me want to buy everything. I went to other stores in the mall after and was extremely disappointed by their customer service in comparison.”
“Why the bad reviews? I’ve shopped here 3-4 times and always encountered excellent salesperson assistance . Sometime you do have to wait a few minutes if it’s busy. They offer tailoring with fast turn-around times.”

“OUTSTANDING customer service! My advisor texted me to inquire about how I was doing and if I needed anything. What a lovely touch, and it just so happens I needed a gift for a friend celebrating their Birthday in Michigan, I couldn’t be there. The gift purchase was convenient and seamless - all completed via mobile except the gift was shipped to me instead of my friend! The store leader, Christina called and she listened with empathy, openness and understanding. Natalie the customer service rep also called and her calm professionalism abated my frustration. In the end, the birthday gift will be shipped and I am still amazed at the experience and the graceful manner that my issue was treated. Thank you, to the Chanel team - can’t wait to shop again!”

However, wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carol - she was working the fitting room when it got so busy and she handled herself so well, and was so helpful. The firing rooms never got sloppy, she maintained all the go backs well, just a huge shout to her and her calm demeanor.”
