Zephyr Performance Training is an elite training facility that focuses on the evolution of individuals; bridging the gap between functional strength & conditioning and martial arts. These programs are designed to build the confidence of a fighter in the everyday person. Every workout is individualized, to allow everyone and anyone to workout to their best abilities. From the Mini Hammers youth program, to the Hammer Nation Fight team; everyone is treated the same, everyone works together, and everyone has one common goal of self improvement. Classes include Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Strength Training, Youth Program, MMA.

Gorgeous facility!! Always kept clean, orderly, with incredibly friendly staff! Everything I come I get some the best workouts I’ve ever had, and have consistently seen myself get in better and better shape over the 4 months I’ve been coming here!

The programs are unmatched. I have tried multiple different gyms and organizations and none of them compare! I have been very satisfied with the programs and the entire facility, definitely 5/5 stars, highly recommended to everyone
