They really want to help you find what you need so you don't need to run around looking elsewhere.The shelves are always well organized way beyond any other home depot I've been to.The supervisor, Paul, I never see him doing anything but working and helping and always puts the customer first.I live almost an hour away but THIS is the home depot I travel to because of Paul and all of his help and knowledge.Paul is an exceptional employee and person in general. “We want to thank Tony in gardening; we couldn't find anyone to help with an inside fireplace, but another employee (I wish I got her name but she need works in flooring and was wearing a Jamaican outfit to celebrate where she came from) helped us find Tony because she knew he would be a big help. And he went above and beyond which was such a relief after people didn't know what was going on so thank you to both of them as well as Tony's boss who approved the extra help.”

Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU.”

“I cannot say enough about how wonderful Home Depot in Berlin, New Jersey is. We just moved to south Jersey and are completely renovating a home. We have needed something from every department in this store. We have only ever been met with a smiling face and affable personality and I wanted to take a moment to thank a few individuals that have made myself or my family feel welcomed and provided extraordinary service in one way or another.* JERRY * from lumber was one of my first interactions at this location and he immediately jumped into conversation with me, making sure I had everything I needed, and really took the time to connect with me right off the bat. These interactions have continued everytime I come into this store, from remembering my name, what project I'm working on, or waving from across the store when he's helping another customer but sees me in the distance. Jerry is a 10/10 employee.* FRANCIS* is my favorite cashier that also shares the same affable personality as Jerry, is so easy to talk to, and makes my husband and I feel so appreciated everytime we interact with him. A fellow military vet, he really connected with our family. He is a genuinely kind soul and your store wouldn't be the same without him.*ROB* Aka Uncle Rob, is what my kids call him, in the paint department. Talk about someone who remembers everything about your last conversation and picks up right where you left off the next time he sees you! It was no wonder my kids latched on to him right away. He is so kind, and is genuinely invested in not only the projects we're completing, asking to see photos, but in my personal goals and aspirations. Between the sweet "hello, how are you!?", everytime I walk in, even when I'm not paying attention, to her bubbly personality that immediately puts me in a better mood, we LOVE her!!Home Depot, Berlin, you really know how to hire them! Truly the BEST team I've seen in one location in a LONG time. “So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. He also made sure I had a surge protector and everything I needed to make sure I had the best experience with what I wanted. Glad there is still good people who care. Thanks Nick.Return visit. “Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!”

“Let me tell you something...my wife and I have been searching low and high, near and far for outdoor Halloween decorations. The animatronic stuff was put out right around Labor Day, which seemed far too early only...to find out I needed to fall just short of selling my body or going on the dark web to find any more, because they sell so quickly. So I end up buying a six foot LED willow tree for Halloween online only to get an email telling me it was canceled while halfway there. Annoyed, we call customer service. That's when we get Wanda on the phone. Wonderful, darling Wanda. Wanda tells us we should have been called regarding the cancellation, but that unfortunately, the trees and cauldron we were looking for were not available. It gets stranger. Wanda then actually checks. Didnt just say 'no we dont and have a nice night,' which she could have...she LOOKED. And found what we were looking for. Plus the rest we couldnt find anywhere else. THEN calls us back to tell us!!! Madness! My point, they walked with hundreds of my dollars in the form of LED willow trees and a cauldron because of customer service. Almost entirely because of customer service. The experience could very well have been negative, but because of someone doing the extra part, they have not only my business but my respect, and the world could use more of that s*** right now!”

“I want to commend the service person who helped figure out a problem with my gas generator. He quickly analyzed that the problem was distal to the meter. He directly communicated with the maintenance company the specific requirements of the fix. He was amazing! My problem has finally been solved! Thank you!”
