“First and foremost, the staff is always professional and yet down to earth with their interactions and help. Also the facility is always comfortable to workout in temperatures wise and clean. And the equipment/ machines are always in their proper functional form. Just wish they had a couple additional machine type, weight benches… Thank you…”

“If you're thinking about it, do it. The coaches are great. I do better with exercise when I have someone telling me what to do. Each coach has their own style and they get to know you and their goals. They push you and actually care about you which is nice. OTF also have fun challenges constantly and overall it's just a great atmosphere. The music is great and the other members are so nice too. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.”

“Impact isn’t a typical gym where you train to just look and/or feel good, it’s a place where you’re “training for life”. Don’t get me wrong, looking and feeling healthy is important, but you’re getting SO much more than that at Impact. Here you’re getting a community, healthy competition, confidence, recovery tips, personalized workouts, nutrition planning, and so much more.“Training for life” at Impact means you’re improving yourself in all aspects, getting stronger physically and mentally to take on all the highs and lows that life throws at you.Long story short I came to Impact after multiple years of serious health issues, losing an unhealthy amount of weight and having major abdominal surgeries. Once my health issues improved, it was a goal of mine to regain muscle and become stronger again. I’m so glad I reached out of my comfort zone, taking the chance of joining the Impact family because I’ve gained so much more than just muscle!! I recommend this gym to everyone that is looking to overall better themselves.Training at Impact is the perfect combination of personal training and group classes. Team training on Saturdays are the BEST!! The people at Impact are great and the coaches are A+!! Coach Chris is so knowledgable and wants each one of us to “level up”. Coach Lisa is always going above and beyond to help you train smart and safely. Thank you both and Impact for helping me continuously learn and grow in my training journey!”

“I decided to try Primal instead of a traditional gym because my weight has been skyrocketing. This is one of the best moves I've made. Number one for me is the convenience. Thirty minute class times makes it possible to get an intense workout that can be squeezed into any day. Days I have more time I stay for an additional MMA strength training class. Primal offers varying contract lengths to suit your situation. I joined for a three month period to see if it was right for me. I dropped 20lbs so far and look and feel stronger with more muscle definition. I have already converted my contact to an annual install of 3 month term. Carl and Yoel keep the classes fun while still giving you the push needed to better yourself. I feel it to be a place of no judgement and friendly people. I would highly recommend Primal to break your normal patterns and to get you moving toward a healthier lifestyle. If you are not sure that it's for you, give them a call. They will let you sit in on a class to see if it's for you. That's how I started.”

“I joined Rush at the end of January 2024. At sign up the woman that helped me was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to know. She did a great job presenting the gym and it’a pricing. That said the rest is easy to describe, they have plenty of machines and equipment, it all seems well maintained.”

“Old school, hard core gym! Equipment from the golden age of lifting and iron plates that still say made in the USA! It is a step back in time. Do not expect Planet Fitness, expect a lifting gym. The sauna and pool are a nice touch, but it is a gym for body builders and lifters! Scream that light weight baby all you want.”

“Echelon H&F is an amazing gym. Convenient for all ages and fitness levels. They have a plethora of classes, with great instructors and convenient times. Semi-private and private sessions are available if you are looking for a more intense workout. Please check them out!”

“Overall, the gym is great with modern equipment and friendly staff. However, it lacks a free weight stand in a women’s area, which would be a valuable addition. Also, the management should address the issue of people vaping inside, as it affects the workout environment. With these improvements, it would be an excellent fitness center.”

“Very good gym. Very family friendly too. Just happened to read the prior 2 reviews of this place and it sounds like they are describing another gym with a similar name, but not this one. This gym is very well kept. Equipment is kept very clean and well maintained. The building itself is clean and well kept. I've been going here for a year and a half and never had issues with anything at all. If you have any questions regarding equipment you may be unfamiliar with, the staff if happy to answer and will not hesitate. The hours of this gym are pretty decent as well. Only small criticism would be the parking on the north side of the building. It is a little tight to the building, but still not too bad. They have so much to offer here. Batting cages, indoor soccer, basketball, volleyball courts and more, as well as a very good weight room. For those familiar with the area, this is the old NER building. They did a great job at converting this place to a gym and making the most out of it. Unlike a planet fitness or retro, this gym is more private but open for anybody to join. I like this because it tends to be a bit more laid back. Sort of like a "Cheers" when it comes to fitness. Many of my coworkers use this gym as well and we are very happy with it. Don't plan to leave anytime soon. Lastly, the staff is very friendly. Never had issues with them. The owner Kevin is a really great guy also. Would recommend this place to anybody.”

“This is a good gym and a very welcoming gym! Please update the padding though, I’ve notice the leg extension machine and the bicep preacher curl machine have been destroyed the past month and no one has done anything for it. They both could just have the top protective cover cut off but it’s been so long now under that is probably messed up now too. No hate, it’s a very good gym still. Welcoming staff and the nutrition shop is well managed!”

“It's perfect for me. I needed an affordable gym that had multiple locations because of my situation. The cost was the same as my previous gym which only allowed me to access one location. The massage options are killer! I love being able to go in after a work out or just when I'm sore and get some quick relief. I'm spoiled for this now.Only drawback is when there is overtly biased political networks, both ways, on the tvs. I would prefer that just be outlawed. Plenty of other programming out there.”

“I take the Fit for Life class. Linda is an amazing instructor. She takes us through light aerobics and does an excellent job. Many of the attendees of the class are up there in age like me, but she tailors the class so that we can all make it through and get a thorough workout. I love the class and would recommend any retired person needs to get out and move around to take this class. The class is twice a week so you should be able to fit it into your schedule. Definite five stars.”

“Been going here for years and am looking forward to the remodel. Already seen some changes under new ownership that have had a positive impact so. It's definitely worth a stop in if looking for a gym. Open 24/7 is great too.”

“Update: Also since I've been visiting the gym I have been a nuisance to the front desk, constantly asking for and borrowing equipment. I appreciate how friendly the lady and the gentleman are. They do their best to help me out and I couldn't be more grateful considering how often they have to deal with me.

After experiencing other gyms. I can honestly say. This was one of the least abusive I've dealt with. Whenever I'm in the area I sign up here. There's two months lead up for canceling subscription. So if you want to make sure it ends at the time you want it to end. Just make sure you plan for it.

In the building, I've only been in the areas with gym equipment. I have not seen the conditions of the locker rooms, pool, or the areas where they hold the martial arts training. So just speaking to that, it's pretty clean. Equipment is mostly always in the place it should be. Not too difficult to find things. And most people here will wipe down the benches on their own. Also, Adrian (I believe is the custodian) is the man! It's rare to see someone work so hard on their own. Truly motivating for me when I'm in the gym lifting and I see this guy working. A little uncomfortable cause it makes me confront my own short comings but it only helps me grow. He's mad friendly and it seriously lifts my day saying hi to this guy before I go back out into the world to take ish (google won't let me curse) on.

I tried LA Fitness in the area on RT73. It was seriously a huge let down. You would think the place would be adequate. But looks are deceiving. The facility is mostly nice. But the place is constantly a mess and literally people will leave their sweat slop all over the benches. Biggest issue was with their sales manager. The guy messed up bad and tried to make me feel guilty and ashamed so he wouldn't have to feel bad about the situation. Seriously emotionally manipulative. If you have to sign up there. Avoid Steve the sales manager at all cost. Otherwise save yourself the trouble and just come to Giant. Sort of though. Cause it gets crowded here. So i would like it to not be as crowded. But I would rather it be crowded here than people go somewhere else where they could possibly get mistreated.”
