“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “I needed a new pair of shoes and decided to stop by this Vans location in the mall, which turned out to be a fantastic choice! The store layout is very clean, organized, and spacious, making it incredibly easy and safe to walk around and browse the different styles. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful, giving me great recommendations on fit and comfort while fetching sizes in no time. My wife loved checking out the cool clothing and accessories while I picked out my footwear. “We love the Under Armour Outlet for great quality (durable, comfortable, trendy, etc...) athletic wear. Depending on the sales offered, you can catch some great buys here, but it can be pricey sometimes as well. The store also offers perks to first responders, a loyalty program, etc...”

She was SO helpful, caring, knowledgeable,... She spent enough time with me to select a pair of footwear which I hope will help my walking.”

“An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”
“Outstanding experience at Tony’s Shoes. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I called ahead looking for a specific pair of boots and they already had them pulled and ready for me when I arrived. I was in and out quickly but never felt rushed.
The guy up front was very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. As a union carpenter, I really appreciated their understanding of work boots and the support they showed toward union tradespeople. They took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
Everyone there was kind and welcoming and even their dog was adorable, which made the visit even better. On my way out I met Tony himself and we ended up having a great conversation about bass fishing. You can tell this is a business that truly values relationships with customers.
It was my first time stopping in but I am confident this will be the only place I buy my boots from now on. Highly recommend.”

Staff goes above and beyond to help.

I’ve been to a ton of Nb outlets across the country and will say this location is top of my list by far.”
“Got some Great Deals. Everything was marked down, then marked down more. Even the stitched orange and black jersey was less than the $20 it showed i think! Got a nice pair of jeans, eagles hoodie sweatshirt/shirt, sweater shirt, 10 pairs of socks for my wife and a sweater for just over $60. Great deals”
“I ordered online and was missing pieces of my order. I called corporate and waited 45 minutes on hold. They didn't fix the issue. I called this store and the manager Austin said, come by now and we will fix it. AND THEY DID. The staff was friendly and in my opinion did a better job then their corporate office. “I found three pairs of she's i needed and joined DSW and recieved about twenty dollars off of the price of each of them. They had every type shoe and sandal I needed, including safe walking or running shoes with great padded support for comfort. This was my first time ever shopping here, and they have great sales and other products as well in the Deptford store. I saved eighty dollars on 3 pairs today. That is a first ! : )”

“I ordered a paid of sneakers for my son and paid for overnight delivery. Long story short, the door dash drivers were unwilling to deliver to me in Philadelphia. I had no idea where they were coming from when I selected overnight delivery.
However, one of the associates was kind enough to reach out and deliver them on her way home! Thank you to the associate at the Turnersville location for going above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited this place for the first time in the Deptford Mall. I have visited this place in the Springfield Mall. I must say Springfield has nothing on Deptford. Deptford is much nicer! However Springfield is larger. I take Deptford over Springfield any day. I wanted one more pair of sandals that is why I visited today. I just bought a pair of black sandals from Famous Footwear in the Christiana Mall. The black shoes were way more expensive than the ones I purchased from Shoe Dept. The black shoes were $48.99 and the Shoe Dept shoes were $21.99 and as an added bonus, since I am a Rewards member, I received $3.35 off. So I only paid $18.64. Boy was I ecstatic!!! I hate purchasing items even for myself since I hate spending money. Anyway, now I am set. No more buying clothes or shoes til next month, August. Its about being thrifty and Frugal!!! I asked the nice young lady associate how long would the sale last? She said probably until September, when school starts again.
