“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did!
The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem.
Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days.
He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”

“I’m local to this store and surprised why so many people complain about employees being rude.
Had multiple interactions with the store in past few years, for a variety of transactions including shipping, dropping amazon packages, hold for pickups and even a fingerprint appointment.
Employee has always been polite and reasonable. If you know what to expect for what you try to do, you will never have any problems with this store.
Google rating does not do justice to the owner and employees in this case.”

“This is the best post office I have ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I use the post office very frequently to send out packages for our side business. Whereas other post offices have treated us as a nuisance, the Three Bridges Post Office always welcomes us and we have never lost a package. We mostly deal with Paul, who is absolutely amazing. He is so great, in fact, that he should be made Postmaster General! But in all seriousness, if every post office was like Three Bridges, no one would ever complain about the postal service again.”
“My husband and I just got new passports here yesterday afternoon and had the best experience. Adriana and Jo are amazing! They answered all of our questions, took our photos and got us in and out in record time. Just 15 minutes for both of us. The whole process was so easy and painless. Don't hesitate to visit the Rocky Hill Post Office if you need a passport!”
“Never an issue for the past couple of years. Friendly and helpful as opposed to the horrible Hillsborough Branch. However once I went and it was closed for lunch because there was only 1 person working and her boss told her not to put a note on the door. So i can't give it 5 stars.”

“Up until recently, I have only ever needed to use FedEx Office for the occasional express shipping service. Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. Leilani and team were most helpful with page layouts, page placement, paper weight choices and page cutting services. One of my events occurred during the holiday crush and the crew went out of their way to accommodate my tight timeframe. The service was exceptional. I apologize for not getting the names of everyone who assisted me, but please know you have my sincerest gratitude for all your help. Thank you so much.”
“Was having a typical day, not bad, not great, and went to go mail a letter. As soon as I stepped into the tiny office I was greeted by a friendly worker named Renee, who definitely made my day just by being so animated and kind. “Amazing place, I have a non verbal autistic kid, I take him with me every time I mail somethings, I can’t believe there is one staff she colored her hair with red wine color, she is very sweet with my kid, my son makes some loud noises, she never show any kind of faces instead she always say hi and greet us happily!”
