“Lee the manager was the best he greeted me with a smile and welcoming personality! Every time I come he also alone but goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience here is wonderful! One day I had trouble with the gate and he came out to show me how to input the password properly if I could give him 10 stars I would!!! He is absolutely incredible thank you so much for making my first storage space experience wonderful thank you again Lee definitely recommend this extra space storage location you will not be disappointed :)”

“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”
“Marlo was very helpful from the beginning when I first walked in to extra space in North Brunswick on Carolier lane. She was very nice. I also love how clean extra space is and how it is temperature controlled as well. I got my unit at a great price and was able to pre pay for 3 months which makes things so much easier. I also love how I can use the app to gain access to the property. I love my experience with this storage place so far.”

I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.
