11 Madison St, South Bound Brook NJ 08880
“This post office has never given me any issues, they are always polite, respectful, helpful. All of the staff are great, especially Ebony. She is a professional and she is always very helpful. I don't know anything about mailing stuff honestly but she never makes me feel bad for not knowing and always helps me through, giving me advice when I need it, she has the answers to all my questions. I'm not sure what all the negative feedback for her is regarding. she is not the warm and fuzzy type but I don't think you need to be to do your job well. she is kind and great at her job, an asset to the postal service, and I really appreciate her being there”

32 Main St, South Bound Brook NJ 08880
“Very convenient, very personable staff. The young man who helped me to get out and emergency shipment made every effort to insure the safe and timely delivery of my package. They were careful to tell me that there were less expensive options, but when I explained the urgency of getting our package out, they provided us with safe and secure packaging. Parking in front of the store is a bit dicey, but there is a resident parking lot in the back. If you ignore the many "No Parking" signs you'll be fine for the few minutes you're there. Try this FedEx Shipping Center out!”

601 US-206 Unit 26, Hillsborough NJ 08844
“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did! The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem. Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days. He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”

They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the most cost-effective and secure method. The packaging was done with great care, and everything arrived perfectly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and friendly service — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again for all my shipping needs..”

We arrived just before closing time with additional items to ship, yet the staff member assisted us with great patience and professionalism. Her dedication and positive attitude made a big difference, and we are truly grateful for her support.”

1075 Easton Ave Ste 11, Somerset NJ 08873
“I had the best and most humanizing experience at this store especially with Mr Jay Patel. I was very short on time for a print out I needed, in addition to having little clarity on the pixels, sharpness etc. Mr Patel went to great lengths speaking to his colleague and communicating with me regarding the print. It was with me on time and the quality was top-notch.”

“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years. On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised. The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.”

“I must give kudos to Cindy, the manager of this Post Office location. She has helped me in the past, but today deserves a 5 star. I had sent a letter via Certified mail/return receipt. The receipt is not yet back and may be lost. She printed out a copy of the proof of delivery signature (which I cannot access online) and offered to write a letter to be submitted as proof of delivery for the government office that needs proof that I sent the documents. That is good service ladies and gentlemen.”

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.”

“I had a complicate printing job. I was told how I could lower the price of the final products, shown sample pages of the color outcome before I left, and received notification the next day that the print job was ready. I also was told a way I might set this type of job up from home (online) and save a significant amount of money next time around. Altogether a 5-star experience.”
