“Muno and his colleagues are some of the nicest and funniest guys you will ever meet. Stop & Go has an excellent selection of vapes, wraps, papers, cones, glassware, accessories, and other smoking products. Their prices are decent and they often have deals when buying several products at once. I wouldn’t personally recommend their deli items or coffee but they could be worse. This Stop & Go is also incredibly unique and in attracts a diverse crowd of people. You will often find yourself interacting with strangers that are friendlier than you would otherwise expect.”

I like your store and the products are good, which is why I visit often. However, I am disappointed with the customer service. Some staff members are rude and unwelcoming, and even basic courtesy is missing (no response when I say “thank you”).
I hope you will address this, as better customer service would greatly improve the experience.

“Today was freezing cold and my tire was low on air. The valve cap was completely frozen on, and after asking a few people, no one could get it off.
I went into the store and asked for help, and Jacob immediately stepped in. Even though this clearly wasn’t part of his job, he came outside wearing just his T-shirt uniform in the cold and tried to remove it by hand. When he realized it wouldn’t budge, he went back inside, grabbed a pair of pliers, came back out again, and finally got it off so I could put air in my tire and drive safely.
It was a small act of kindness, but it meant a lot to me in that moment. I was cold, stressed, and stuck, and Jacob went out of his way to help without hesitation. I’m truly grateful and hope QuickChek recognizes what a great employee he is.”
