She worked with me on getting the rings by the time I needed them and also had us back after the engagement to verify ring fitment for my fiancee. She then was able to show my fiancee a couple of options for my wedding band. We ended up getting a platinum Tacori wedding band. Everything progressed perfectly smoothly and Adler's kept me in the loop about where things stood with my ring order. They were professional and extremely helpful. “I recently brought a vintage watch to Marco and he told me that he would have his watchmaker look at it and provide me an estimate on a repair.
Marco said he would text me on a Thursday morning, and he did exactly that. He then told me it would take about a week, and it was ready within about a week. Pretty rare to find a repair shop that gives you incredibly accurate timelines.
Communication was accurate, top notch, and his watchmaker is clearly exceptional at what he does. He also has a really great inventory of used watches in his store, which is a real treat to look through as an enthusiast.
