“I was thinking about purchasing a new bed and after seeing reviews in consumer reports decided to check out Casper after seeing their reviews . I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her. “Not one single bad thing to say about my entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt welcomed and everyone was courteous and helpful. Mohammed helped me to find a very nice table for my craft room. He ordered the table for me, and it was delivered and set up as promised! The delivery/set up team was equally courteous and professional. The delivery was set up the day before. the crew arrived on-time and everything was setup in about 15 minutes. The delivery crew took away all of the trash and boxes too! Last but not least, the prices at All Brands are EXCELLENT! I highly recommend.”
