I have only had courteous and friendly customer service here for years whether at the counter, drive-up, or with lobby staff at the desks for account assistance. The only thing that has ever taken time once in a while is the wait in the drive-up lane during busy hours and that would be the same at any bank. Satisfied customer!

My overall experiences here are fine. But on two separate occasions, one the workers, Marlene, has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Word of advice, if you want people to like this bank, train this nasty woman to be better please.
