“I recently contracted with Big G movers for a local move in New Jersey and could not be happier with the I service received. This was the second time I've worked with Gary and his team on a move in the last two years, and once again the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. When I initially reached out for a quote I heard back within 5 minutes, and after discussing the details of my move we came to an agreement on a date, time and price, and all were fair and accommodating. On the day of the move the team showed up at the agreed upon time and took great care in protecting all of my items before loading them onto the truck. Steve led the team of movers, and I was lucky enough to have Steve work both of my moves for me as he is amazing. Steve even took the time to help disassemble some heavy furniture for me before loading it on to the truck at no additional cost, and the team got the job done quickly and completed under the quoted time estimate. I couldn't be happier with the job Big G Movers did, and I will definitely reach out to Gary for a third time for any additional moving services I may need in the future. Great job and a great company all around!!!”

From the very first phone call with Mark and Theresa, their customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions before booking. On moving day, Ray, Dustin and Manuel turned up on time and got straight to work.
They had to navigate two steep flights of stairs and didn’t complain once — just got on with it, working hard the entire time while staying careful with our belongings. Fast, efficient, and clearly experienced, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. They then moved the everything the next day extremely quickly and carefully.
On top of all that, they were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout, making a stressful move so much easier. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — five stars all the way. Could not recommend a moving company more.”

“From the consultation call to meeting Sheryl in person at Cubesmart Woodbridge was professional and enjoyable. She is an incredible person and thorough. Sheryl is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the time that l met her to see different units. She provided information for the different units and expected monthly rate for each unit, moving forward. As a customer, we mostly have two minds and sometimes need additional support. She asked me different questions and I answered....which helped me greatly on choosing the right unit. She was very transparent which is a key. “I reserved a truck at the South Plainfield location, and Jason, who assisted me, was so pleasant and extremely accommodating. It was a busy day for him there. I waited for him to assist a couple of other clients who were before me. As courtesy for waiting, he applied an additional 25% discount on the rental. Not for nothing, after comparing prices of rentals with other competitors, Penske seemed to be the one who offered a deal. I highly recommend Penske. Jason was attentive and sweet.”

The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out. The driver that dropped off tried many different ways before they were able to get the container securely in my driveway with wooden boards.
