“I moved here a year ago. I was happy to see a family hardware store. I rather support local businesses. My first time there, the staff was friendly and helpful. From then on I go there time to time. Honest place and very reasonable. They will spend time and help you, not make you feel rushed like big box stores do. Easy to get help too. Highly recommend. Support local.”
“I love this place! If you don't feel like driving over to HomeDepot or Lowes, check the Harbor Freight in store app site first. They will usually have the part or tool you may be looking for. The staff is helpful and friendly and the equipment I've purchased in the past is top notch!”

“Great store! Great Selection and prices seem decent!So I bought a house recently and boy are we out of our league! The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs...So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage...The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item.All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!”

“Great people there. I couldn't find a value stem for my shower on my 1998 boat. The manufacturer was out of business and no inventory exited. They rebuilt the old stem I had . The parts cost was 37 cents and they refused to charge the time they spent doing it. Will always use them 1st.”

“Let me tell you this wasn't gonna start out as a five star review but with the help that I got at the Lowe's in Lumberton with the sales manager, Eric Fahey and Kyle and their other associate Tom, I was very pleased with how they listened to my complaint and inquiry. I got a dryer from Lowe's December 23. I needed service on it three weeks later and then needed service again in February, they wanted to replace almost every part in the whirlpool dryer and I was not having that I feel as though maybe $600 ain't a lot of money but it is to me and I pointed that out to Kyle , Tom and Eric and they agreed and said don't worry we're gonna get you a new dryer and it was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with their response time and for their patience thank you so much guys.”
