We ran into a technical issue while connecting my phone, and it took several attempts to get everything working correctly. Lawrence never became frustrated or rushed. He patiently worked through the problem until everything was set up perfectly. What impressed me the most was his dedication to customer service. Even while other customers were coming into the store, he greeted each person warmly, let them know there would be a short wait, and then returned his full attention to helping me. He didn’t leave me to assist someone else—he stayed with me from beginning to end and made sure everything was working before I left. It’s rare to find someone who is so patient, courteous, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Verizon is fortunate to have an employee like Lawrence. “Quinn for the Win!! I went into Best Buy today- completely unfamiliar with laptops and cell phones. Quinn McAuliffe saw me struggling and approached me with a smile. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me- listening to my needs and wants, showing me what options would work and explained everything in clearly and in way that someone with no knowledge of computers, could understand. He exuded warmth and confidence, you could tell right away. He was competent and truly cares.
