“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”

They fit me in on the same day I called to make an appointment, diagnosed my issues, gave me a written estimate, AND completed all of my services within the same day (completely replaced front & rear bakes, rotated tires, replaced driver’s side headlight bulb, and replaced front & rear wiper blades)!

“I've heard it said before that 'any mechanic can change parts, what makes a good mechanic is diagnostics'. Rob at Octane Garage is the best of the best when it comes to diagnostics. I've been to several garages with an EVAP issue for three months and no one could find the problem but Rob found the issue on the very first day and also found an underlying issue with something that would cause me a problem down the road. “Yesterday, my Saturn Aura wouldn’t start and I needed to get it towed. I looked up the reviews of this shop and decided to give it a try. Harry was so kind to me over the phone and in person. My car’s issues were stemming from it needing a new fuel pump and the price was great, in my budget and affordable! I got the job done in a day and I’m back on the road! I highly recommend this shop for any car issues and I’ll definitely be back again! Thank you so much!!!”

The shop my wife takes our 2009 Jeep for oil changes they telling us there a problem with the trans because there is an old out dated code in there for high line pressure. UPDATE TO ADD:
August 2020: when 3 mechanic places local to where the Malibu mysteriously disabled could not figure out the issue, once again Pak came to the rescue! Took the time to investigate a few things and it's up and running again.
August 2019:
Honest, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient is the owner Pak of Prestige Auto Inc in Sayreville! I am more and more impressed and appreciative of his assistance with inspecting my car & only repairing what is necessary at a fair price. Repeat business is a sure thing by me for this and for the times not being charged looking over the car to make sure nothing is in need of repair at the time! Thanks Pak and your team!!!
Winter 2019:
I now have gone to Pak over a handful of times and he and his staff are very fair and honest with being willing to check my concerns for my car and conservatively tend to the repairs if needed. I truly feel he has his customer's best interests at heart and that he is very honest plus extremely knowledgeable!
October 2018:
A friend has been using this repair shop for years and now that my teenager has a used car, I am destined to need a repair shop after years not needing one with new leased cars. Pak and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and identified my car issue very quickly getting us back on the road in a couple of days. I appreciated the conservative approach of trying one part at a time to first test if it fixed the problem. It may take a few trys to completely fix but it seems to be less costly for me this way. “Showed up early asking for an oil change. Dave was kind enough to get me in ,and do one. Very quick,and good price for sure. He went over a few things that might need fixing, but didn't push me. I asked him to check AC ,and he said all was good. I will need some other things checked, and plan on using them now. Dave was polite, friendly, and listen to my concerns. I live local,so I am relieved to have found a place. My Dr's actually use them, and recommended Mike's.”
