“There are no words to express how grateful I am that I walked in and met Paul. My daughter was in the hospital and needed a new phone, and Paul went above and beyond to help us. He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than even HE knows. I am truly grateful. However, sorry Paul. GO GIANTS!! =]”
“Walked in to price out outdoor flat tops. John G. came over and asked how we were using it and what our setup was. We talked about our patio setup and he gave us the pros and cons of the models we were looking at and helped us decide on a flat top. While we were talking about the patio, he also helped us pick out a sub for our sound system and a fridge that met all of our requirements.
We were thrilled with the service and the time spent answering our questions. John is definitely well versed in the areas he helped in and very friendly....we appreciate his honesty and experience!”

“I just moved here and had to get my services transferred from Xfinity to TMobile. It is a complicated and difficult task because Xfinity makes it really hard to do. I had Daisy, Emily and Uziel help me for about 1.5 hours in the store. They did everything for me. They worked as a team. They were polite, friendly and had a huge amount of knowledge and expertise. “Approximately two weeks ago I required technical assistance on my phone. I headed over to the Verizon store in Sea Girt after a busy day at work. As I walked into the store (almost closing time), I was pleasantly greeted by Suzanne. Within 10 minutes time, she solved the problem and I was on my way! He even showed me how to replace the part myself so I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has anyTV or stero problems. So worth the very small fee he charged to come over.”

“Away for the Thanksgiving holiday and as usual, we set aside a few hours to shop those Black Friday specials.Loved all the excellent associates who walk through the store to ask if we needed help finding things, the assortment of sale and holiday merchandise that looked surprisingly organized and the immediate check out! We managed to find a few great deals plus some core items during our visit.The one manager, Alexis, (?) was hustling from register to register, stepping in to help the cashiers and answering radio calls, multi-tasking her duties. Great store.”

“The guy on the late shift is really nice! He gave me some free extra buffalo wings with my pizza for no extra charge without me even asking! I've always liked this particular 7-Eleven for some reason, idk why, and I'm happy to see my convictions confirmed! I'd personally recommend this particular 7-Eleven over the one not a couple miles away down at 1100 River Road, the staff there are not nearly as friendly or nice as the staff at this location! Recommended with high compliments!”
“This place literally saved my life. They were so accommodating when it came to getting me a new freezer, they were generous and forthcoming and helpful. I can’t rate them highly enough. All I can say is I’m so grateful for the beautiful work they do, they are dedicated and reliable, and I highly recommend using them for any of your appliance needs. My new freezer is the most valuable item in my house right now and I literally cried tears of joy when it was installed. If you are looking for somewhere to do your appliance business, you found the place!”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“Look, we aren't expecting a red carpet when we walk into a convenience store, but stepping into a 7-Eleven that actually feels looked after is always a pleasant surprise. The moment I walked through the doors, the usual indifferent silence was replaced by clean floors and a genuinely friendly greeting from the worker.
It’s a small detail, but it instantly sets a better tone for a quick errand.
The layout on the floor was equally solid and dependable. The shelves were fully stocked and neatly organized, meaning you didn't have to go on a frantic treasure hunt just to find a snack that wasn't crushed or expired. Even the beverage coolers were fully loaded and properly chilled, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to get in and out efficiently.
Overall, it’s a highly reliable spot that without any of the usual chaos. It won't change your life, but for a quick neighborhood pit stop, it earns 3.75 out of 5 stars.”

is absolutely fantastic, kind, caring, has excellent customer care service, and I can't imagine it being an easy environment for him especially during those hours. He deserves the best of the best and he's the only reason I go to that 711 which is Alittle further of a drive verse the one closest to where I reside. I go there because he makes me feel safe. Such a hardworking good guy!”
