“After so many failed attempts to pick up and deliver my laundry, finally today I received it at my doorstep. I gave 5 star but can easily change if you don't maintain good business with your clients. Will see next week.
Finally, my laundry is being picked up and delivered. Very happy.?”
“The attendants Alexa and Clare are both exceptional workers. They are friendly, helpful and always keep the store clean while they're attending. It's one of the best laundromats in the area.”
“I’m so happy I tried Laundry King! I’m new to the area and from the moment I called to inquire about comforter and pillows cleaning I felt so taken care of , they even picked it up and delivered it to me, the comforter smelled and felt amazing and they even took extra care of my pillows stains gone and smelled so good! Thank You!”
“Super nice owners very accommodating!
My pants and shirts come out awesome.
Super clean inside too.. I would recommend them to a friend or a family member anytime.”
“Fast Tailoring is absolutely the very best. My family has been going there for many years. May started the business many years ago 1998, even my two Dalmatians enjoy going to visit her. Now her daughter has taken over the business, and is doing very well. May and her family are dedicated to taking care of the people, who need the job done right. I most definitely recommend Fast Tailoring for all your Tailoring needs.”
“Was able to wash/dry a 15 lb weighted blanket here. Their machines hold up to a 35 lb capacity. The owner John was friendly. He has soap for $1 in case you forget to bring your own. The big washer cost $5.75 in quarters but there is a machine there to convert your cash into quarters. And I spent $2.25 on the dryer. The dryer is .25 cent per 5 minutes and the last .25 cents goes towards a 2 minute cool cycle. All in all, I feel like it was $9 well spent for a difficult to wash item!”
“New owner Joe is outstanding. He is a friendly presence, his place is clean and his machines are dependable. He's community-minded and has been supportive of several local initiatives. I very much recommend his establishment to anyone in need of laundry services!”

“Great place that's clean n not gross like the other places around the area. Just a heads up there's a mean jerk that will walk around waiting for people to take their clothes out early then even if they're not done he'll help himself to your dryer. Here's a picture n yes he's also picking his nose.....GROSS!!”
“This laundromat is Top-tier. I grew up in Bradley Beach. I'm not a summer guy nor a newbie to the town. The place is 180 degrees different from when it was Busy Bees. Much cleaner. Staff is very helpful. Free Dryers with every wash. Easier way to pay for service. Not to mention, a cup of coffee while you wait. I recommend 1000%. If it hasn't already, it will be one of the staples of the community.”

“I always liked this place. But now I’m not sure. It’s insanely expensive, although I’m maybe that’s not so easy to avoid in this area. People who don’t own a washer and dryer deserve a better price point. My clothes are not rinsing clean, leaving me to put them through another cycle without soap, for another small fortune, and then I pray I have time to dry them without nuking anything. (I did not overuse soap.) The bathroom is unavailable. Again, unless the price point gets a little more realistic, and we know that will never happen… People deserve better…”
“Well kept, good amount of machines....affordable cost to use...small loaders too...good place...I seen some reviews I've never had a problem...I can see the attendant not for games....she does her job !”
“Best laundry mat around actually gives you free dryers and points towards your next wash this is the best no matter matter what you might be going through in life laundry can be very essential so this makes it even better ?”
“Highly recommend their pickup and delivery service; my clothes were given back in a timely manner , clean and neatly folded as well. I’ve also dropped off laundry and the staff was attentive . They acknowledged my instructions per to my delicate clothing and also pre-treated my stains.”

“The service here is truly exceptional. The card kiosk is quite sophisticated and different from what I’m used to, but a staff member was incredibly helpful and guided me through the process with great kindness.
The washers deliver a high-quality clean, but I was most impressed by the dryers. They are incredibly efficient—what usually takes 45 minutes elsewhere was perfectly dry in just over 20 minutes! The facility is remarkably spacious, and the abundance of machines ensures a seamless experience. Highly recommended for those who value efficiency and professional service.”
“First time customer for tailoring. Not very happy. Wasn't ready when promised. Only needed 2 snaps on 2 jkts. After $20 Only 1 was done right. I might go back for dry cleaning but definitely not for tailoring. Person taking my order and handing it back was very polite. I gave the 4☆'s for him”

“between my and my 7 year old, theres a ton of laundry. when it starts to get overwhelming, i bring them to blue wave. $20 something for someone to wash and fold my clothes so i can focus on the many other to-dos in my daily life? SOLD. smells sooo good walking in, the staff is polite and friendly. zero complaints here.”
“This place is awesome! They do wash and fold. The ladies are super cool.
I never witnessed (in my extensive travels) a laundromat cleaning EVERY WASHER and DRYER so thoroughly.
Pizza and awesome Japanese spot next door!
Great place.

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
“Kim & Jenn are the best with difficult tasks. I brought in a very challenging college dorm desk configuration and they nailed it! My daughter’s desk has a perfectly fitted white cloth cover and I cannot thank them enough!”
“We are so fortunate to have this laundry in Ocean Grove. The owner, Jim, is so helpful to the customers. Jennifer does a terrific job washing and folding my clothes. Jim does it as well. They know how to run a service business. As for the location, it is excellent with drop off & pick up parking in the back. The laundry is always clean. In the past year, I have never seen or heard of a dissatisfied customer when I am there. I have also never seen an out of order on a machine. We are so lucky to have Beach Day Laundry.”
“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!”
“I went to Fluff and Fold on Saturday night, and the experience was honestly great. The person working was extremely professional and super helpful the entire time. They were constantly cleaning, organizing, and checking the machines, keeping the whole place spotless every single minute. My laundry came out fresh, I definitely recommend this location.”
“Went one morning to do laundry since I am visiting from Texas. This place is very nice and has everything you need to clean and dry your clothes. Jocelyn was the attendant and helped me figure out the system and how to do everything! I am very happy I got my clothes washed here!”

“Very nice ? people , good service , a little expensive, but it seems like there are price increases all around, as far a English language , it seems like a definite problem, and the help is on their cellphones as I’m dropping off and picking up the ? laundry, trying to tip them money ? to get treated better . Good luck ?? and I don’t have any complaints as my clothes are clean, folded and smell ? nice”
“This place has been family owned for as a long as I can remember. The entire family, especially the son is always super professional, very pleasant and always greets you with a smile. I have been bringing my expensive clothes here to get dry cleaned and tapered for years and they consistently deliver. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, most of these negative reviews I’m reading are one-off rare occurrences. This establishment should have nothing but five star reviews.”
“The wash and fold service is spectacular! The woman who works during the day is lovely, polite, and the laundry is folded amazingly! The laundry is always folded very compactly, and so easy just to put back into the closet. I had a fellow tenant compliment it when I brought it back yesterday.”

“I believe this is one of the best and most reasonable dry cleaning stores I have ever used. They are friendly and in my view do a very good job. I rarely post reviews, but really appreciate having Havens service.”
