“I have had several opportunities to use Dobbs over the last several years of Tesla ownership (they specialize in Tesla but do all makes). This is an outstanding shop that I have had nothing but five star service from...from the smallest finish issues (fixed for free!) to significant collision damage. And I'm picky!”

“Samantha was my sales person when I bought my car and now she’s a sales person for my husband as well and we are both very happy with our new cars and purchases. Go see her for the best deal.”

“I had an excellent experience with the BMW of Springfield Collision Center after my car was involved in an accident. From beginning to end, the entire repair process was handled professionally, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The workmanship was meticulous and precise. They paid close attention to every detail, and when I received my car back, it looked like the day it came off the showroom floor. The bodywork, paint matching, fit and finish were excellent, with absolutely no signs of overspray or shortcuts. The car was also returned to me extremely clean, both inside and out. A special thank you to my Collision Center Advisor, Marco Pinto. Marco was excellent to work with and kept me informed every step of the way. His communication throughout the entire repair process was outstanding, and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle and where things stood. Marco and the Collision Center also handled everything seamlessly with my insurance company. When additional damage was discovered during the repair, they worked directly with the insurance company to address it, making the entire process much easier and less stressful for me. Another important benefit for me was having the repair performed through BMW of Springfield, with OEM BMW replacement parts used for the repair. I wanted the vehicle restored properly rather than simply repaired, and the final result definitely reflects that level of care and attention to detail. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work performed by the BMW of Springfield Collision Center and with the service I received from Marco Pinto. Excellent workmanship, great communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a truly professional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend BMW of Springfield Collision Center to anyone who wants their BMW repaired correctly and restored as close as possible to its pre-accident condition. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves!”

“Katy is a wonderful person. She helped me with my car. She was very patient. I'm very grateful to her. Excellent. 👌. The other colleagues just switched me on to another call, hung up on me, and didn't want to help me. When I go to buy my next new car, I'll go to her. I recommend her 1000 percent. And she also speak another language very professional thanks appreciate.”

“I ordered a battery for my 2012 tacoma online. Within minutes, I got a return email from the parts manager stating that he canceled my order because it was the wrong battery. At his request, I sent him the VIN for my truck and he sent me the correct part number and asked me to redo the order. I went the following day to pick it up and the attendant brought the battery to my car and put it in. Very happy customer”
