“Our shopping experience with Lisa Matrale at Ethan Allen in Watchung, NJ was the best! Lisa listened carefully to what we were trying to obtain, a small dining room table and chairs. She quickly offered an alternative design using a desk that could be configured to the size we need, added chairs in the same style, proposed fabrics for the chairs, and developed pricing. She listened carefully and helped us analyze alternatives. After further consideration we decided on a different solution.”
“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

The customer service and the quality can’t be beat.
I recently ordered a high-end leather recliner from Michael and when it first came in, it was a little squeaky. And it got more and more squeaky. He had his furniture guy come and the manufacturer replaced the arm. That helped a little and then it was back to the squeaking.
Michael went to bat for us And Made sure the manufacturer replaced the piece of furniture!
I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his company! I wouldn’t buy furniture any place else

“The Lamp Shop can fix anything. I brought in a cheap little lamp shaped like a frog. This lamp had been a gag birthday gift for my husband and he loved it - but the cheap electronics inside worked for about 10 minutes before it permanently failed. So I figured I'd bring this goofy little frog lamp to the Lamp Shop to see if they could work with it. They fixed it and made it 100% better, putting in a bulb and adding a cord with an inline switch. My husband's happiness at the frog lamp repair is absolutely priceless!”

So glad I did, because it's filled with hundreds of items that are unusual & beautiful, as well as traditional Judaica that are so unique & special. “what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”
