“I had a problem with my phone, Verizon customer service was horrrrrrible (Manny/Trillion/Shian & Justin) were excellent, my problem was so unheard of that it literally took them all to fix my phone, they were patient, helpful, showed concern, worked together and made sure I was a happy customer before I left…….Im never going to any other location and I live approximately 20mins away and there is a location 5mins away from me!”

“My son and visited the Verizon store to create a new account for him so that he could transfer his line to it. But Omar the salesperson advised us that it would cost us more, so we didn’t do it. He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.”
