I had to break down and order a new phone and i was very nervous about all the information being transferred because I had such an old device. I hit the jackpot when I was fortunate enough to be helped by a young man who could not have been more helpful and intelligent. Isiah was so patient and really cared about my understanding of this new phone. I had so many questions and he answered all of them with ease and expertise. After two days and some practice using my new phone, I popped into the same store and was so happy to see Isiah again. He greeted me cordially and we went through my list of questions. What a professional, smart, young man. Plus, he was so sweet. The manager and assistant manager also were nice guys. I could just tell from the way they interacted with all the customers.
