We were in the store from opening until about 12:30pm on 8/15 and Nia was the sole employee in the store, efficiently handling up to five different phone customers at once. I felt terrible that she was alone but she calmly reassured me that she felt ok and she was cheerful and attentive to all of us, without revealing why she was alone on a busy Saturday. The phone plan transfer itself was easy and understandable. Nia was a particularly delightful company representative to work with and if I were her supervisor, I'd commend her going above and beyond in a stressful situation.”

“I visit T-Mobile stores sometimes because i have been with this carrier for a long time. Every time I enter the Westfield location, the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. I had to break down and order a new phone and i was very nervous about all the information being transferred because I had such an old device. I hit the jackpot when I was fortunate enough to be helped by a young man who could not have been more helpful and intelligent. Isiah was so patient and really cared about my understanding of this new phone. I had so many questions and he answered all of them with ease and expertise. After two days and some practice using my new phone, I popped into the same store and was so happy to see Isiah again. He greeted me cordially and we went through my list of questions. What a professional, smart, young man. Plus, he was so sweet. The manager and assistant manager also were nice guys. I could just tell from the way they interacted with all the customers. This location can tend to be busy, but everyone waits and gets sufficient time. I recommend this location if you have any questions or need new products. Isiah really knows his stuff!”
