I was warmly greeted and assisted by Axel, who was patient, kind, and offered excellent recommendations. I couldn't decide because all the options were great. I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. Overall, if you're looking for running shoes, this is the place to go. Thanks to Axel, I found a pair I really like.”
“I was greeted and helped by Robyn before I even entered the store. I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me one of my best experiences ever in a clothing store. She never pressured me to make a purchase, and even when I felt ready to buy, she encouraged me to take my time. She helped me try on a plethora of shirts and shoes, offered me different styles that I wasn’t use to, while also trying to help me stay true to my own style. She was very attentive, and even helped others around me without making me feel forgotten. The other staff in the store was also very polite and helpful. I will be coming back here to make purchases regularly, and I’d recommend City Workshop to anyone looking to buy clothes.”

“I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”

“There are a lot to choose from. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted. Mostly because there are so many choices. The store seems well organized. The shoes on display had the boxes of different sizes right under them. I was surprised they didn't get all shuffled up. They had my size for almost every type of shoe. My size is 10 or 10 and 1/2. I ended up buying two pairs because there were different kinds I wanted. One was a moccasin and the other was a Slip-On walking shoe. They had a sale to get the second one at 50% off. Plus I signed up for a free membership and got 10% off.”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”
“Very friendly. Took a pair of my shoes there after looking for another shoe repair place. The one in my area was not like it use to be. So I ventured out and located Roselle Shoe Repair. Was very satisfied because I didn't think my heels could be repaired. Well they did and excellent repair and it didn't take long. “Stopped in the short hills location earlier today to pick up a few pairs I had ordered online. They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. She knew every detail of every shoe and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be returning for a pair of boots soon!”

Have to check online.”

“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. However, wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carol - she was working the fitting room when it got so busy and she handled herself so well, and was so helpful. The firing rooms never got sloppy, she maintained all the go backs well, just a huge shout to her and her calm demeanor.”

“Busy place and seemed under staffed but a large selection of sneakers. Good and easy parking and easy to get to. I give. it a 5. You have to tell them you are a veteran and then you get a 10 percent discount. If you buy two pairs you usually get the 2 nd pair at 50 percent off. If you have been there before they look it up and I received $5 more dollars off. So I spent about $119.00 for 2 pair of great slip ons. Nice place”
