“I went to Red Wing in Union about two months ago trying to resolve a sizing issue related to an earlier purchase. It was a complicated and frustrating issue that I half expected to be out of luck with, but I have to admit that the service provided to me was nothing short of incredible.
The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and even provided me with useful information to maintain the quality of my new Irish Setter boots. I cannot thank him enough.
I regret not posting this review sooner and unfortunately I'm unable to find the name of the gentleman who helped me. Thankfully, all these weeks having gone by, I can attest to the quality of the product sold to me and I couldn't be more satisfied. “Shout out to Magic sneakers. I own a business across the street. I called because I was looking for specific basketball shoes for my 8 year old son. Not only did they have the shoes, they put them to the side for me and I send someone to pick them up. My prince got his shoes and magic made it easy. They also had the best price on the market.”
“I have these old pair of heels from my grandmother I was hoping to wear the next day to an event. The rubber sole on the heel was dry rotting and unsafe to wear. Last minute, I called the store asking if they could help. I brought the heels in and 5 minutes later they’re fixed! Super helpful and saved my predicament of what shoes to wear if these hadn’t been fixed. They do other shoe repairs and have a great selection of shoes to buy as well! Super friendly staff too!”
“I really like Julian’s Army & Navy. They have a great selection of products, and I was surprised by how many name brands they carry. They have Timberland, The North Face, army accessories, boots, clothing, outdoor gear, and a lot more.
It’s a great store to walk around and check out because there’s always something you can find. I like having so many different products and name brands in one place. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for quality clothing, footwear, or army and outdoor gear. I’ll definitely be back! Look for the hidden gems.”

After asking ChatGPT for suggestions, I went to Skechers because of the great prices as. other shoes were too high in price 4me. Without Carlos,his knowledge, experience and patience, I wouldn’t be walking 2 to 3 miles a day! Thank you Skechers for the perfect shoe for me and Carlos for helping me find it. Since the pandemic I've been ordering shoes online and it's always hit or miss. My husband said I should start shopping in a regular shoe store. I didn't want to go to a mall, so I chose this specialty store - and I'm so glad I did! Nance is a doll!! She was so helpful getting the brand and size I was interested in. I went home with a gorgeous pair of gold Vionic sandals that fit perfect and feel amazing.
They have a vast selection of stylish shoes with name brands known for comfort. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!”
