I had a stubborn tail light that I couldn't take off my car to change the bulb, the store manager came out to take a look. In 87 degree heat he tried everything he could to help–watched a video, used pliers and brute force but nothing worked. At risk of breaking it we had to give up. “I had a truly wonderful experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. Dropping off my car after a hit-and-run was stressful, but the team made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The woman at the front desk was consistently pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about both the customers and her work, which made a big difference. The estimator was also incredibly kind and easy to work with—I felt confident my car was in good hands.
One thing I really appreciated was the regular automated text updates about my car’s status. It kept me informed every step of the way and gave me peace of mind while the repairs were being completed. Getting a rental car was seamless, with no issues at all during drop-off.
When it was time to pick up my car, the experience was just as positive. I was in and out within five minutes, and they even handled coordinating with the rental car company for pickup, which made things so convenient.
