“I went into this bank branch to get a new debit card. I was very impressed with how nice and pleasant the staff was. I waited less than five minutes and a woman named Christine came out to help with my request. She was extremely friendly and so helpful! She was so kind and It felt as if I had known her for years. I highly recommend this branch for any of your banking needs.”

Went back to the bank and they wrote an e-mail to the big branch hopefully I get the money back into my account if not I will put the money in there I really don’t know what happened to it never had this happen before. “Beautiful old stone building from the outside that gets even better from the inside. For sure worth it to just enter the building to see the inside. The ATM machine is located in the far back. I only saw 1 atm machine while in there. The lighting and open vaulted ceilings create a cool cathedral effect.”
“I like this branch on Haddonfield Road. Not too crowded and you don't have to wait a long time. I love the ATM being inside, and they do have one outside at the drive up.”

From Eric who helped me get a new debit card and didn't make me wait forever to see him, to Jaleesha who did my deposit, very impressed she was waiting on me and doing drive up, I didn't feel slighted in anyway and my deposit was done quickly. “The staff here was so helpful, kind and nice. my husband and I were greeted and helped very quickly and efficiently. Anuneet and the manager Chris were both very friendly and knowledgeable . They helped us with what we came in for and they were so nice to our kids we brought with us. Sometimes it’s hard to get stuff done when you have to bring little ones with you but they interacted with them and joked with them and it made the process easy and enjoyable. “I'm a new customer at the PNC Bank. So far very pleased and very satisfied with their service. Even the inside things moved very quickly and you were in and out in no time. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend”
