“Walk in yesterday with my wife was treated like a king awesome place and the gentleman that help us was amazing thank you keep up the excellent customer service you guys rock.”
“I shopped at harbor freight matamoras Pennsylvania. I purchased an item for my mom. My mom didn't want it, so I went to the store and returned it. The cashier remembered me and that was nice. The cashier called the manager over to process the return. I think the manager was not having a good day. I felt she was quite displeased that I was returning an item.”
“Great experience overall. Ordered a Stihl trimmer online and the staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to fuel it up and demonstrate everything before pickup. There was some confusion regarding the online-only pricing promotion, but the team followed up afterward, explained how the Stihl rebate process works, and were professional throughout. Appreciate them taking the time to clarify everything and help make sure I understood the process.”
“For all the tools, especially the ones you'll only need a few times, and don't want to shell out for big names. I've bought breaker bars, sockets, specially bits, hand saws, etc, and they've all gotten the job done. I just can't go too often, because I don't have much more room in the garage!”
“We recently remodeled both our bathrooms, the first one in December 2025 and the 2nd remodel in April 2026. We purchased both the vanities & toilets from Hamburg Plumbing Supply Co. Inc. We also purchased a cabinet & and many other items to complete our remodel. We worked with Kristine, She was very helpful to us in making selections for our bathrooms. We are very happy with the products and love the way everything looks. The entire staff there is very professional and welcoming. We highly recommend Hamburg Plumbing Supply Co.”
“Montague Tool sets the bar when it comes to exceptional service. Every experience we’ve had with them has been professional, reliable, fast, and dependable—these guys truly know their stuff.
A special shoutout to Terry, who is absolutely outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right.
And Bill deserves a nod too—always courteous and helpful. Just another great person. The whole team runs like a well-oiled machine, including Mike and Dave.
If you’re looking for top-tier service and people who take pride in their work, Montague Tool is the place to go. I will be a lifelong customer. 100 stars.”

“Excellent customer service. Meets my company’s high demand of argon. Delivery within a day. Many consumables to choose from and readily available. I find the pricing very fair compared with other welding supply outfits. They are my company’s go to in all welding supplies and gases.”
“Good selection of product and constantly being refreshed.
Follow up: employees here are very helpful. However it is disappointing to come back a month later there’s still no restock of materials.”
“MAJOR SHOUTOUT TO THE ABSOLUTE GOAT, JARED!!!
Big props to him for giving 10/10 service and being extremely helpful throughout all technical difficulties!”
“I'm going to say that Peggy gives the best old school stellar service that folks dream of else where. I came for fawn creek carpet , needed for selling a condo after a family member's passing. Peggy assisted us with such attention , I felt like she was family. If I ever need another carpet , I wanna get it from Peggy, knows her stuff.”
