“I’m an idiot and lost my car keys in the house. Since I needed my car, I had to get a new key ASAP. Locksmith was able to get to my house same day to cut and program a new key for my car. Not the cheapest option but expected as much. Learned my lesson: Hang the keys on the hook and have a spare. I’d call this company again if the incident occurred again though.”

“Great service, great paint job, handling of insurance coverage, communication over the phone. My husband and I always use Fort Lee Auto Body, and have always been satisfied with their work. This time a NYC drive scraped my bumper, and their Geico insurance was a bit irresponsive, but it seems to have been worked out and covered. They also have a good rapport with the Enterprise car rental service down the road, who pick up costomers from the shop several times a day.”
