Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried.
As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home.

“Anthony and his team went above and beyond. I rented a full size SUV to pick my kids and their four oversized duffles up from camp. The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call that it had come in damaged. They asked if I needed seating or trunk space and I told them the later. They found a large luxury suv that happened to be available despite everyone moving their kids to college that had just enough space. I am so grateful I was able to get my kids and all their gear home safely and in style.”

Rentals can be a real hassle at times, and the experience could leave you gritting your teeth, not the story here. I’ve had two recent rentals, and they knocked it out of the ballpark each time. “Heads up for those who don't know. If you rent a car for 5 days their system automatically charges you for a week. Definitely a rip off and shady business practice. Probably thinking most people won't notice. But that's the company's fault not the store front. That being said, I've had nothing but great service at this location. We've rented here multiple times and people have always been very nice and helpful. If you're renting through your insurance for a car accident, or renting under 5 days or more than 7 I would definitely recommend. Anything in between I'm going to Hertz from now on unless that policy changes.”

The manager Sean welcomed us in and advised us they are closed but stated they had an available car rental for us. He was SUPER patient and laid back. We were having issues with our credit card and he reassured us to take our time and to not worry. The car was clean and ready within minutes. We thanked sean a bunch of times and he advised us “Its the weekend i want everyone to have a car” Great experience and Sean definitely needs a promotion/ raise! lol”
“I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding service I received from Natalia Nunez, the manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Bergen Boulevard in Fairview, New Jersey.
I have been an Enterprise customer for approximately seven years, and I rent vehicles very frequently—typically 14 to 15 vehicles per year, many of them for extended periods. Because of that experience, I have dealt with many rental locations and employees over the years, and I can confidently say that the level of customer service Natalia Nunez provided deserves special recognition.
When I needed a Jeep Wagoneer, the Fairview location did not have one available. Instead of simply telling me that they did not have the vehicle, Natalia went above and beyond. She searched other Enterprise locations, located the type of vehicle I needed, and arranged to get it for me. That extra effort meant a great deal to me.
My rental ultimately lasted approximately a month, and throughout that entire time Natalia and her team were excellent. She was consistently professional, polite, respectful, understanding, and willing to help. She also took into consideration that I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years and worked with me regarding the rental rate and pricing, which I greatly appreciated.
Whenever the rental needed to be extended, communication was excellent. There were even occasions when I was working or too far away to physically come into the branch, and Natalia helped me take care of the extension without making the situation difficult or inconvenient. She made me feel like Enterprise genuinely valued my business and my history as a longtime customer.
I understand Natalia is relatively new to managing this location, having been there only around seven weeks, and based on my experience, Enterprise made an excellent choice putting her in that position. She represents exactly what customer service should be: professional, accommodating, respectful, solution-oriented, and genuinely interested in taking care of the customer.
I also want to recognize the entire Fairview Enterprise team on Bergen Boulevard. This location has consistently taken good care of me, and Natalia has continued and strengthened that tradition of excellent service.
Please make sure this recognition reaches Natalia Nunez and the appropriate district or regional management team. Employees and managers who go this far above and beyond for customers deserve to be recognized.
