“I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My wife and I drove 9 hours to New Jersey to visit friends and this was the hotel that was the cheapest and near to where we would be for most of the stay. This place is pretty good for what they offer. The bathrooms need some work I’ll admit but other then that the whole room was clean and we felt comfortable staying there. I do wish they offered free breakfast like other places but if you’re looking for just a place to crash and don’t care about amenities then this will be the place for you. I will probably book with this hotel again since I go to Jersey a lotRooms: The rooms need some work especially the bathrooms. Sheets were clean and bed was fine. Just the bathrooms were not as good as I expected and need some workNearby activities: Close to near by friends and food places. Along with mallsSafety: I felt like the place was safe. “We have stayed here numerous times when visiting family. Prices have gone up but the suites are just perfect for our stays. The free Buffett has gotten so much better, better quality food, better display of the food, all due to Donisha Jordan. She is organized, professional yet very personable. So nice to have met and talk to here. We also would like to shout out the young lady who made our reservation ( sorry cannot remember her name). She worked with us to secure a room in a timely manner. Marisol Umanzor was also wonderful at the front desk. We would have given this hotel 5 stars but they no longer serve bar bites which is really needed,especially if you are drinking at the bar. Overall excellent stay and excellent staff. We miss Zoe Parker the former manager there.Rooms: SpaciousNearby activities: Neighborhood not that great! Potholes everywhere leading to hotel.Food & drinks: Bar service good but bar bites needed..BRING THIS BACK!Noteworthy details: Staff is wonderful!”

“Positively surprised about the place , was in for business close by and this was great, despite q fir alarm and a crazy storm. The front desk staff Crystal was very pleasant and everything went well.The gym had plenty of equipment for about 8 people to work out at the same time.Towels and hot/cold filtered water station big mirror joga mats and tv.However found some maintenance needed on some equipment and the perfect push up is broken. Please replace.Rooms: The rooms are very nice and recently renovated.My room however needed some high dusting , dirty AC vent.Light fixture in cabinet dangling down.TV is smallWalkability: If you are good in any Hood and you have stuff to do like me in the Bronx , walkability is excellent. Shopping street close by with Burlington, Chipotle & many others.Food & drinks: Breakfast was standard American continental, aka nothing special but plenty available, and a good coffee machine. And hey it's in the price included, hot coco and coffee even 24/7.I did not see eggs but they had fresh fruit and fruit salad.”

“The Wallace is located near restaurants, stores and major attractions. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Booking on-line is easy and I know what ever room I select, I will have a comfortable, relaxing stay. Thanks!”

“A very clean hotel, good location and excellent customer service from its staff. Bilingual Spanish - English.... Maybe they have staff who speak other languages.A special thank you to Carol who welcomed us and clarified all our doubts on our first visit to this hotel.This could be a perfect hotel but it was missing a couple of things that could surely improve.The only negative details to highlight would be that the trash cans are very small in the rooms & bathroom, there is no microwave in this one so you have to go down to the reception and heat your food in the dining area, parking is NOT free like this You have to pay $14 dollars per night and it doesn't have a pool.Rooms: They need more trash cans or one larger than what they have in both the room and the bathroom.Food & drinks: The breakfast is very basic, it could be better and have better variety but take advantage of the fact that it is free”

“Been coming here for awhile, it's a very local crowd but the booze is a good price, the roast beef dinner is fabulous and the atmosphere is typical bar. Come for a drink and a pizza and you will be very happy.”

“My husband and I were looking for a hotel during the construction of our new house. We stayed in this hotel for a week Everything was great, so we decided to extend our staying for another 4 weeks. The hotel is clean and quiet. Some weekends it can be really busy but this is very normal as the location is very convenient.One person in particular was great - Berna in sales. Thank you for being kind, polite and helpful to us.”

“My wife and I had our wedding here a week ago and it was PHENOMENAL. The venue space is great and reasonably priced. The food was delicious and tasty. But, most of all, the hotel staff was absolutely incredible. Shout-out to Kelly, the event manager, who helped us plan our wedding. She is attentive, accommodating, helpful, communicative, and just delightful to work with. And this culture of hospitality extends to the entirety of the staff. Everyone we had to work with was great. If you are planning a major event (even a wedding) consider the Holiday Inn at Hasbrouck Heights. What an awesome experience we had with them throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“A perfectly done unfussy “art” hotel which is cool and refined as opposed to what is often associated with Messy Art Hotels In US. Property was also well appointed with Clean and Practical FF&E as well as clever Details such as Polished Concrete, exposed brick, stainless steel sinks and clever Dual purpose Breakfast/Cocktail bar. F&B options were also unfussy with Excellent Cafe/Baker and NY Stalwart Serafina which serves approachable, authentic Italian dishes.”

“First time in a Homewood suites that I really enjoyed the rooms.View was amazing of Manhattan, (my kids enjoyed the highway more), just annoyed it was cloudy.Pool is shared with Hampton so was a little crowded.Indoor parking is nice.The digital key works for the garage door but not to open the room with the elevators, so that's a little weird.”

“Stayed here for 7 nights, and really liked this hotel. We had a basic double queen room with a desk, small tv, bathroom, and a little hallway with sink, mini fridge, and microwave. For the long stay, it was nice having the two sinks, fridge, and microwave. I liked the little in-hotel market open 24/7 for late night munchies. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was nice. One of the late night munchies for ramen, we needed hot water that had run out from the food buffet area and the front desk person got us hot water. For the busy holiday week, we were worried there wouldn’t be enough food at breakfast, but it was replenished throughout the breakfast time frame, even 20/30 minutes before closing. The hot breakfast foods were rotated each morning which helped with the variety. There is a Mexican restaurant next door, and a lot of other restaurants are in close driving distance proximity (Italian, sushi, drinks, etc). I also liked that there was a Costco gas about 10 min away. There was enough parking even with the busy holiday. The room we had, had a nice distant view of the city, which was pretty at night. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.”

“Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week, the maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that parking is a big pain.”

“I have been a Hilton customer for decades. This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Clean. Excellent, friendly service. It just happens to be at the right point for a long drive, found it totally serendipitously, a couldn’t be happier. Six stars! Also, don’t miss the center of Dobbs Ferry for some excellent dining. Breakfast at the Black Cat Cafe, a ten minute drive, was fantastic.”

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, diverse and fairly good quality breakfast, a small pool for the kids to let out some energy, easy check in, nice hair products and decoration. “We stayed here for two nights. It exceeded all expectations and beyond. The service was great, the employees were exceptional, free breakfast, a bar open until midnight, a beautiful room with an updated looking bathroom, had a couch, a tv, wifi, and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet, we didn’t hear any loud noises from the mall. Security car parked around the parking lot so we felt safe coming in very late at night. The employee Christopher helped me fix the pricing because I forgot to tell them we were there for bereavement when we booked over the phone. We had cheesecake which i highly recommend and their chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Thank you for an amazing stay!Rooms: The room was great and big! had a couch and a beautiful bathroom that you can walk right into thankfullyNearby activities: Right next to a shopping mall.Safety: Security was parked nearby and it was a nice mall area. “The location is everything if you're into shopping it's right on the block of 3rd Avenue it's cozy if you trying to make a movie in under 2 minutes I meant 2 hours for the smooth price of $63 the rooms are at that high tech or anything like that but they do have pretty nice views at nightRooms: The room is pretty high tech they give you a remote so you can control the TV which has all of the built-in apps you can wish for as long as you have your own account you can log inNearby activities: Can you say shop to drop 3rd Avenue is right there it's always shopping centers you can ask forNoteworthy details: That is a state of the art newly renovated Hotel”

“Loved this place! Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and great location. It took us 15 minutes on the #320 bus to be in Times Square and less to be at Penn Station, the subway gateway to NYC. Free parking garage next to the hotel. Any number of restaurants within easy walking distance and both a Walmart and Sam’s Club in 10 minute easy walk. Good access to major highways and comfortable drive to the airport. Our go to accommodation next time we visit New YorkRooms: Dated interior colours but clean and fresh. “The Hotel staff is very friendly and helped you with whatever you needed.The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The continental breakfast was very good a nice variety was given. I definitely would stay there again in the future.Rooms: Room was big with 2 queen beds a big bathroom and room also had a mini refrigerator.Safety: I was never felt or was worried about my safety there.Walkability: A lot of different shops you could walk to in the area.Food & drinks: Plenty of fast food or restaurants in the srea.Noteworthy details: They had free coffee and hot tea 24 hours.”

“I am a titanium elite member and stay in this hotel at least once a month when I fly into teterboro. My stay recently had my first ever rat in my room and the way it was handled was surprising.It’s usually great but a month ago I woke up to a rat in my room. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem phased and moved me to another room.After writing my initial review, the manager contacted me directly and handled everything very well.The breakfast here is probably the best out of any element I have stayed in”

“From the time we had checked in, the reception staff members were as courteous as anyone can be and we were greeted with a great smile. We slept well feeling pleasant. In the morning, the custodial staff were greeting us with a smile as we went down stairs to the restaurant. Our party had the breakfast buffet and every single restaurant staff were so great to our family that we couldn’t feel any more pleasant from our visit to Crowne Plaza Englewood. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful hotel.”

“This place is a dump. No parking and the rooms are tiny . The area is seedy but there is a police department down the street. Who ever fixed the building up did a horrible job.”
