If they don't have the size I need, they will get it for me in a heartbeat, no hesitation, no drama they know when a good old customer steps in the door I am a very picky guy and will always triple check my kicks if I need to see 2 pairs of the same kick they will bring them both out let me check them out try them on and if I'm satisfied I will keep them on walk up to the counter pay for it and put the old ones in the box never a problem”

I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. Perfect color, in great condition, and though the size was a bit snug they are real leather so it will stretch out a bit. Shipping was really fast as well, I got them within a week.
