“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“My two daughters and I came here for the NY Giants Town Hall event.
Viewing: we had seats in the mezzanine and the stage was visible although with the heads of the people sitting in front of us made it hard to see at times.
Staff: we had very positive experiences with all the staff. Those who helped us w seating, staff at the bathroom, snack bar staff, etc, We had great experiences with all of them.
Seats: the seating was a bit tight, I was not able to cross my legs comfortably. This was the main reason I gave this theater a 4/5 stars rather than a 5/5.
Aesthetics: it is an absolute beautiful theater and one of my favorites in terms of is beauty in all of NYC!”

“I went to this metro store because I needed 2 new phones I called head ahead of time to check if they had it in stock at first I was confused because the guy was super friendly I just wasn't ready for that because of previous experience from other stores.
When I went to the the store the guy took the time to listen to my questions and used the questions I was asking and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I did.
It's rare to find customer service that take the time to listen to what the customer wants.”

“I had an amazing experience at this TMobile store this past weekend. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and the staff still welcomed me warmly and were more than happy to help. I even stayed past closing time, and although I apologized, they never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Darius and Martin were absolutely incredible. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions while helping me with everything I needed. They made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the store.
Honestly, they deserve a raise! I originally went in just to buy my niece a phone for her birthday, and somehow walked out with a new phone, screen protector, case, a watch, a TMobile credit card, and even managed to lower my bill lol. Their customer service and sales skills were top tier. Thank you so much, Darius and Martin, for all of your help!”
