“This Verizon shop is the BEST. Always. I cracked my screen, walked in with no appointment and got seen immediately. Tech said it wasn't the screen itself but the screen-protector. And since I'd bought the original screen-protector at this shop, the tech replaced it, fitting the new one in place like brand new. Less than five minutes, only ten bucks. Amazing.”

“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“I am currently using T-Mobile Prepaid. After buying a new iPhone from Apple, I couldn’t get my service to work. I first went to the Apple Store, then another T-Mobile store, but neither was able to solve the problem. Finally, I came to the T-Mobile store in Teterboro.
To make things even more difficult, the front camera on my old phone was broken, so Face ID wasn’t working.
Josh was incredibly patient and spent about an hour helping me. Even when the system went down, he helped me call T-Mobile support ,stayed on the phone, and continued working to resolve the issue. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, professional, and never gave up.
I truly appreciate his patience and excellent customer service. Thank you, Josh, for going above ands beyond to help me. He deserves a raise !!”
