“I lived in Branchburg for 35 years and used Alan and Son for decades. I moved to Maine 2 years ago. About two weeks ago I had my tires rotated and oil changed here in Maine before the long drive to visit to friends in NJ. While in NJ, I heard a loud scraping noise under my car. This was at about 11:15 AM on a Saturday AM. We saw a plastic panel hanging down, rubbing the ground at low speed, staying mostly up at highway speed. I called Alan & Son and told my story... past customer, moved, recent oil change, etc. He fit me in on short notice! It seems my shop in Maine failed to tighten the 4 screws holding the plastic access panel for the oil drain plug, and two loose screws fell out during the 500 mile drive. YUK! Alan took the damaged panel off, told me it was perfectly fine to drive, and did not want payment! I gave him some $s for lunch or whatever anyway. Alan and Son is IMHO THE BEST!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance”

I have three times called Tim, the owner, with an emergency, and all three times he and his crew were there to help me. I cannot recommend this service any higher. Did I mention that Tim is honest and his charges are extremely fair?”

“Those guys are work horses I tell you! The tiny white kid is out there every morning. Even if I don’t stop in for gas I see him out there working. And don’t even get me started with the Spanish fella I don’t even know when he has off he’s there when I’m going to work he’s there when I’m going home. I really don’t know when the boss gives these guys a day off but I see why he has them working so much. The boss really has a good set of guys out there everyday, always friendly, talkative, and eager to clean my windows!”

“The best quick stop. You can fill up your car and get something to eat at the same time. This is my usual spot for lunch while I'm at work. I stop in and get breakfast and lunch almost daily. Don't forget to setup your rewards. They really add up and you get lots of freebees.”

“the gas station is just normal shell, good gas, polite service. this review is for the little auto garage attached. the mechanic Scott is a great guy, he tells you up front the work you need and almost exact amount. his work is fast, precise and he is a great guy to speak with. my wife took the car to the dealer and was quoted almost 4000.00 worth of "repair", Scott did the real repair needed for less than 400. I will be working with Scott for all my repairs unless the work is under dealer warrenty. I give Scott A+++. don't get ripped off on your auto, come in for a second opinion, you may end up with savings that will pay your mortgage.”

“It's an Exxon gas station, decent prices for a name brand, definitely not the cheapest but it's conveniently located on Route 31 North. Speedpass and the Speedpass+ app both work here. Shop is OK for a quick coffee or pint of milk on the way home if you don't need a full grocery visit.”

“I visit this Quick Chek because it's in a very convenient location on 22. This is easily accessible from either side of the highway/side streets. The gas station is a great addition for the area, as well as offering air machines for tires. There's plenty of parking, not only for regular vehicles, but for larger trucks that can stop at the back of the site. There are several pumps available, which can make the wait times super lengthy because there's often only one attendant. The staff work hard to manage the amount of people visiting and get you on your way.”

“The shop is outstanding. Transitioned all the work i used to get done on my cars elsewhere to old wick village garage. From my daily drivers to Ferraris the mechanics are brilliant and solve the issues rather than patch things up. The shop is a busy shop since they are good at what they do”
