Donna is very easy to talk to and truly listens to all of your concerns and does her best to find the right fit for you.

“Ian was our salesman and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to be sure my husband( who is physically handicapped and uses a scooter) was safe and could move effortlessly through the various pieces of furniture to get to the area we were interested in seeing. He never pressured us but gave us information so we, and, especially my husband, could make a comfortable decision about what to purchase. He was a blessing !
For the store manager: for those using a scooter, with the currant doors opening right in front of the stairs, it is not safe. It would be safer to have sliding doors because the open doors require the scooter to move perilously close to the stairs to be able to enter the store through those open doors.”

She called back immediately after placing the order (having website issues) and followed up with consecutive calls. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. “Purchasing a sofa can be exhausting, and after visiting SEVERAL stores, we went to Bassett Middletown and met Nancy Romano. She was the FIRST sales person to LISTEN to what our needs were and did not try to upsell us. She helped us find exactly what we needed. We purchased our sofa right before COVID hit and she kept in touch with us to ensure we would get delivery of our sofa when we were ready for it. Delivery was fantastic and we LOVE our couch!!”
“Just received our new "sexy leg" dining set (42x70 Maple table, expandable with 4 extra leaves to seat up to 12 people, Boston color finish, 6 upholstered chairs, twist leg design on the table and chairs) and already absolutely in love with it! The owners were incredibly patient with me and my husband as we were originally very indecisive with the style, wood, color, design, etc. They gave great recommendations given our space and personal asthetic, and listened to our requests to make a few custom changes to combine aspects we liked from different styles. Delivery and setup was easy to our Manhattan apartment. Looking forward to hosting meals with our family and friends and showing off our new table!”
“Fantastic selection of stuff, with a variety of higher end and more expensive stuff as well as mid tier and less expensive/affordable stuff. All great quality and fair pricing either way. They will work with you and give discounts when they can and/or when you buy multiple items. Very friendly and kind people too who know their stuff. The place is very welcoming inside and a great atmoshpere. Theres a reason why they have ALL great reviews and the only bad one was from someone who obviously doesn't know anything about running a business or the real world. Couldn't recommend this place more”

“Great selection, great prices, but what stood out the most was their excellent customer service. The salesman, Sam, was as professional as you can be. On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. They told me they’ll make sure I have it before I had to leave, which they did with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend.”
